Thank you! I bought my Silver Soror jacket at least a year ago with Alpha One Greek in STL! I noticed that my sleeve rubbed against my pink and silver AKA letters and it started damaging my jacket. Recently, I met the owner at one of our Sorority parties. He suggested that I bring the jacket into his store. I brought in my jacket and shared my story with Diamond. A few days later she had the problem solved and I had back my new jacket! Plus, I upgraded my jacket with three customized embroidery. I look forward to wearing my jacket. Thank you Alpha One Greek!

Not very customer friendly. Poor people skills. Train young people to be better business oriented. Some nice items, but limited selection.

I'm giving this store one star. I prefer not to give one at all. I called the store before I got there. I was told they had shirts on the phone. When I arrived they had one type of shirt from last year. As I spoke with a sales person, I was turned away from the shirt. The sales girl did not hold the shirt correctly, which made the shirt look like something else. As I was driving home I pulled out the shirt and it was a straight up male shirt. I called the store and told the cashier I don't wear men clothing. She told me it was unisex. I told her it was not unisex, instead they were trying to unload the shirts they didn't sell last year. The next day I took the shirt back and asked for a Refund because she misrepresented what she told me. The cashier stated she was acting on the words of the owner. I asked her to realistically look at the shirt and tell me that's a woman's shirt. She laughed. She told me to call back and speak to the owner. I've called several times and they refused to answer the phone. I was outside the store looking at them looking at the phone, but refusing to answer the phone. We are bombarded with commercials about "support Black business, but this is how they treat customers. I'm about to send this through my Facebook account.
