We had a great experience with Adam Gabor and Ackerman Toyota. They were totally direct and took care of everything. Unfortunately we did have to wait some weeks for our car to come from the manufacturer but that had nothing to do with the excellent work at Ackerman. Will definitely purchase next car there - and we always buy toyota

I had an outstanding experience at Ackerman Toyota, thanks to Tyler Baker. I purchased a Highlander in July 2023, and the process couldn't have been smoother. I spoke with Tyler at 8 AM about what I was looking for, and by noon, I was driving off in my new vehicle. The efficiency and professionalism were top-notch. I financed through Toyota and was extremely satisfied with the deal I received.
The service department at Ackerman Toyota is also excellent, making maintenance easy to remember, schedule, and receive. Overall, my experience with Tyler and Ackerman Toyota was a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended!

I am another one that says I never write reviews online but given the experience it is worth sharing. I was working with Ray on purchasing a used 4Runner. I called the dealership to confirm car was there and was told yes come on up. When I arrived, Ray could not locate the car and said his manager took the car home for the night, understandable. We arranged for me to come back the next evening, even confirmed via text that morning and gave me the trade number too. I arrived at said time and the car was filthy, even had a dog prints all over the leather seats with trash in cup holders and an old cup of water. I asked why wouldn't you have cleaned up a car when you know you are selling. All I received was pushback, no big deal I'll run it through the car wash, that's just some tree sap on it etc. almost to the point I shouldn't care. But how can you look a car over like that. He said the car is certified, nothing is wrong with it and we drive the cars home all the time and don't really know if an appointment will show up. All valid statements except clean the car when you have a showing and then do not act like customers expectations are unreasonable, particularly when you say that in front of them. All they wanted to do was continue to ask what number I want for my trade in to try to make it right instead of actually saying you are right, we should have had it ready, sorry. Unfortunately Ackerman Toyota, could not own it and apologize for poor salesmanship, it could have helped but in the end just could not do that. It very much feels like order taking instead of selling here, true sales people know what I mean. I still love Toyotas and will buy the 4runner elsewhere but beware of a subpar experience with Ackerman.

First of all, Adam Gabor was a top notch sales guy. I called 4 dealerships looking for something specific, all 4 said I wouldn’t find it and tried to sell me something else. Adam said, “give me 15 minutes.” He called me back 15 min later and said it’s ordered. I got exactly what I wanted with him.
Now, Ackerman staff as a whole is great too! The finance dept. and customer service was proportional to the excellence demonstrated by Adam. Thank you, Ackerman!!

This is review is not a reflection of any service aside from Parts….called about a specific part and the guy who answers was completely unhelpful, unpleasant & unprofessional. He should be barred from phone duty. Because I have options where my money is spent; I’m taking my business elsewhere. Just an fyi for management.

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. I interacted with the salesman, Ray, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. He was unresponsive, rather uninspiring, misleading, and struggled with communication and answering his phone. I found myself texting him multiple times without a response, and I even had to call and specifically request not to have him as my salesman again. Since I work overnight shifts, I was hoping for a quick process, ideally handling most of it online and just coming in for the test drive and payment. However, Ray was quite lackadaisical and slow in accommodating this request. While this car lot comes highly recommended, it seems I just had a poor experience with my salesman. Step it up, Ray!

Excellent service! We worked with Tyler to find our dream Toyota…he is so knowledgeable, friendly and we never felt pressured to buy! I felt so comfortable working with him which was such a relief! He’s like that old friend you haven’t seen in many years. We highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a Toyota! 10 stars! ??

I've purchased several vehicles from Ackerman Toyota, and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for a future vehicle purchase. I have all of my friends and family buying their vehicles there also.
My salesperson, as far back as I can remember, has been Tyler B. He is always so helpful and makes me feel well-informed about my vehicles, without the pressure sometimes associated a car purchase. 5 stars isn't enough, Google. Adjust your rating system so Tyler and Ackerman can have the 6 stars they deserve!

I love to give sincere compliments when they are definitely deserved! Wow! From initial phone call to the delivery of my awesome new 2025 Camry XLE, Ryan is the real deal as the best car salesman that I ever had the privilege and honor of working with!! Yes! Ryan!! Treatment was fantastic being with Ryan! No pressure, no gimmicks, easy to understand the whole process, friendly, kind, wanting to please his clients before and after sale, explaining clearly all the new tech stuff on the car, and pricing, yes, pricing was fair! Oh, by the way, my car was waiting for me in the main showroom!! He knew that I would be wowed by such a showroom cleanliness of my Camry! Delivery was a breeze and, like I said earlier, explaining all the buttons on the interior was great!! I drove 4 hours to get my new Camry!! Why? Ryan!! And, oh by the way, my first 300 miles got 49.5 mpg!! Oh, ya! And, owning a 2012 hybrid Camry with 300.000 miles, it still runs great and has the original brakes on it with oil changes every 5,000 miles. Yes, it still has the original hybrid battery!! So, after owning that one for 12 years, you won't believe all the improvements on the 2025! Ok! I could on forever, but!! I gotta go!! I want to go drive my new Camry!! I highly recommend Ackerman Toyota, Ryan, and this 9th generation Camry!! Way to go, Toyota!!!??❤️

Had my 2005 Sienna serviced here. I'm normally skeptical of getting service at dealerships, but I wanted to give it a try. My service manager Vincent Wolk was great. He answered all my questions without making me feel like I was a burden. He was great with coordinating my questions and responses from the service techs. He gave me quotes and options without being pushy at all. I'll definitely get future work done here. Thanks Vincent!!

They need to get a new receptionist for the car service department. The woman who scheduled my appointment was so rude that I canceled and chose to drive further out of my way to get my car serviced. I guess they don’t value customer care if you aren’t buying a car.
