ABSOLUTE is ABSOLUTELY the only place for fabricating of stone!Great customer service-Sara awesome sales person, really went the extra mile to find the stone we wanted and kept us on one slab instead of trying to sell us two, like other places. Anita was great as far as scheduling and the install was perfect!

Sara at Absolute Granite is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, she is very responsive to messages! Our counters look fantastic! The counters were very affordable, as well. This is a great company to work with. I’m so glad we chose Absolute Granite for our kitchen and will use them again in the future for our bathroom!

Absolute was excellent. Sara A. was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our needs. She guided us through the entire process, from selecting the right type of granite to the installation. The company provided high-quality products and the installation team did a fantastic job. It was exactly 1 week from measurement to installation! We were really impressed with the level of customer service and would recommend this company and salesperson to anyone in need of countertops.

Overall great experience. Sara was a ton of help through the process of getting us what we wanted. Absolutes' quote was on the lower end of about 8 quotes I received when looking. The quality of install was great. About 2 weeks from measurement to install. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to helping clients with there projects, very easy to schedule with and they show up as promised. You can tell John knows a lot about the industry and cares about actually helping his customers find the perfect fit for their project. 10/10 will be a return customer for sure.

I was excited about the prospect of having new granite countertops installed in my kitchen. I was even considering having the bathroom countertops redone as well. I thought, "if it works out well, why not have granite installed in the cabin of my boat as well!" I did a lot of research and ended up calling Absolute.After calling, I was transferred to Mr. Clarke. I am brand new to this process and was hoping for some friendly and helpful guidance. Instead, it was like pulling teeth to try and get any information.I did get a quote from Mr. Clarke, but it was for the cheapest granite money can buy. I dont know about granite... this may have been a great product overall, and I appreciate seeing the costs, but was also hoping for a quote on Category C or E. I was also curious about the edging options and costs. After asking for the quotes, I got no reply by the next afternoon. I simple “hey I am working on those and just give me some time so I can be as helpful as possible” would have been great. Soooo then I had to follow up. Then immediately I got a reply with the basic edging costs. Nothing on the other granite category options. Only the bare minimum effort here.Next, he doesnt work on Saturday but said another person can “take my file going forward” but doesnt copy her in on the email or anything else. Based on his tone, I started feeling like my potential business was somehow an inconvenience for him. I expressed this and he was defensive and blamed me. After I replied to the snarky email, he called me to “explain his side.” He was again defensive, talked over me and put the blame on the me.
My daughter and I were planning to drive there tomorrow to pick out our granite. After dealing with Mr. Clark, we can scratch that 80 mile round trip drive off of our calendar.
Like I said, I was looking for friendly and helpful guidance. I found NONE of that from Absolute. What I DID get in its place was a lack of enthusiasm, no compassion, snarky replies and customer blame which I have absolutely NO patience for.Potential Customers: This experience was PRE-SALES. Can you imagine the tone and service during or after the sale?! I can.
Now I am looking for another company to do business with and start all this from scratch again. Good times.

Absolute has been very easy, very accommodating and very professional to make our Counter tops for our kitchen. There are so may different stones that it took us a while to choose and Absolute were very patient and gave us all the quotes we requested. Technically it is very well done and the timing was very reasonable and the island is superbe!Price wise, Absolute was competitive, although not the cheapest.I fully recommend Absolute for your project.

They were good in the beginning. Then I bought a special kitchen sink that was a different shape from most. I had it taken to Absolute in advance so they could cut the marble counter-top to fit.They then lost the sink grid and would not take responsibility for it or make it right. Without buying and installing a whole new sink (because of its shape) I now have to live with no sink grid and it is a mess. I would never recommend them...and there are lots of people building around here.
