Thank you to the ladies and gents of Abbey Glass for getting me back on the road. They were very helpful and got me right in. I took my laptop so I could work while I waited. They have a tv for those who want to relax and watch tv. Very nice place!

The Customer Service is second to none. You may hear that about places periodically, but this is the real deal. My car was finished a lot quicker than I had expected, and they did an excellent job. I was highly impressed with every aspect of the experience and I can’t recommend them enough. I hope this was the only time I will need them, but if not, I will be going back to them without question.

New windshield installed in August . Heavy downpour 3 weeks later and rain came in my car and was leaking on my shoe. Called them back up and they blamed my moonroof for the leak. Brought it back to them and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Would not recommend them !

Chris came to my job and not only repaired my driverside window but without asking superglued my window control buttons back into place. He was very professional and polite. DO NOT TRUST ABBY GLASS! The service itself was great! Friendly staff and fast service. But they still charge you for labor even though that time is not used. Got charged $90.00 for 3,60 hours for labor. The service took maybe an hour….give and take a few minutes. So why are we being charged $60.00 for 2 hours of labor we did not utilize?! This might just be me, but I don’t think we should be charged for the $60, when those two hours of labor were not used up. We will not be using this place again! If you don’t want to lose your money, do not use this place! They are cheating people out of their money!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was in town for a few days with the family when we accidentally exploded the back window in our Ford Expedition. I called Abbey (on the recommendation from one of the local Ford dealers) and got a quote. The glass had to be ordered from their supplier and they promised me it would be ready the following morning. Later, the same day, I got a phone call saying I was ready to go. They knew my story and that I was on vacation and went above and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle as soon as possible so none of our vacation was disrupted. I absolutely recommend Abbey to anyone with glass needs. Thanks.

I seriously can't express how amazing this company is! I've used them twice in 2 months. (Unfortunately I have had a run of bad luck with my car getting broken into.) The whole team has gone above and beyond both experiences. Not to mention they beat everyone else on pricing, too. I definitely recommend Abbey Glass to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Super big thanks to Abbey Glass for saving the day for me! I was in town for business and someone broke the rear side window on my truck to scout around inside it. That's bad enough but even worse was that I was supposed to leave to go to a different hotel that night in Indianapolis and then leave my truck at an airport for two nights - not good when you're missing glass or maybe have plastic taped up.... Other shops said it would take a week to get to me but a Chevy dealer recommended Abbey Glass and they jumped through hoops to get my glass that afternoon and install it the same day! Thanks for getting be back on the road with all of my windows!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

In all my years of owning a car, I've never had to replace my windshield. It was recommended that I try Abbey. Glad I did, right off the bat from the first call they made me feel at ease. I was given a next day appointment, I gave my address for them to come to ME and was even promised a courtesy call when the guys were on their way. Day of appointment l did receive a courtesy call and they arrived in the timeframe given. They were courteous and got right to work. They were careful and quick, had the job done in no time! Hopefully I won't have to replace another windshield, but if I do I'll definitely be calling Abbey again!

They made it right! After the first installation of my windshield there was a loose body panel and paint chipped. After a couple of months a crack developed from the very edge of the glass. They inspected the crack and the loose panel and admitted it was from installation. A new windshield was ordered and replaced at no charge to me. Only 3 stars considering that I had to go back, but I would recommend them!
