They say they're 24 hours but they are not they close whenever they want they put a sign on the front door close register not working or closed mopping the floor or will be back open in the morning so they closed randomly whenever they want so they are not reliable at night I would recommend going to QuikTrip I will not be back at night that is for sure three times in November and once in December they have been closed with no notice and I'm tired of driving out of my way to go there so I will not be back plus it's getting a little shady there probably not the safest place. This place is outrageously expensive I paid $7.49 for case of water

I have had the pleasure of ordering from 7/11 through Uber Eats, and I must say, their hot pizza is absolutely awesome. It arrived at my doorstep still hot and ready to be enjoyed. Uber Eats provides a convenient way to order food and have it delivered quickly, especially during a time when I didn't have access to a vehicle.
While I'm not aware of a loyalty program at 7/11, they have always been a reliable option, offering convenience and competitive prices. They have been a trusted presence in the market, providing a wide range of products and services.

Stopped here after playing football with the family on Thanksgiving. Very good establishment, the employees were nice, and the store was clean. If you need something to eat/drink after visiting Tower Grove Park, this place is one of your best options. Personally, no matter what the weather, I recommend the Mountain Dew Pitch Black Slurpee. Quite refreshing.

They claim to open at 6am but they regularly open much later than that. Definitely don’t rely on being able to purchase something from here before work. Like I’m fine with ya’ll if you want to be open from 6:30 to 11:30 or whatever hours you want but if you’re gonna claim to be open… actually be open! It’s downright rude and waste of our time for you to lie about your hours

most of the time, this store does a decent job. but after my experience today, I had to take it to Yelp, because the way that woman treated me today was just unacceptable. I go in there all the time to serve my delivery customers. Sometimes when people order through the app, I cannot see a list of items. There is a list of items on the receipt attached to the bag but the bag is usually sealed so I don't normally inventory the items. today I get to a regular customer, and he asked me where his case of water is. I couldn't believe that the lady had left a case of water off the order, but when he pointed out the receipt attached to the bag, I saw there was indeed supposed to be a case of water. I already knew that I wouldn't be able to fix the problem for him, but I called support with him on speaker because I, unlike this horrible godawful woman at 7:11, I actually care about serving my customers.so I generously took eight minutes out of my day to let this customer hear me call support on speaker so my customer could hear it straight from the support agent that it was a problem he would have to take up with 7-Eleven. But I got another order to the same store, so when I went back, I asked the lady politely to double check all the items because my last customer had been shorted a case of water. she proceeds to cop a MASSIVE ATTITUDE with me and tell me that order didn't have a case of water on it. I told her I saw it on the ticket but I just can't see it on my phone when people order through the app. "i'm not trying to get it from you, I'm just saying because I want to make sure my orders are accurate. I was not in the least bit rude, but she snapped at me anyway, "I wasn't going to give it to you!" she said, and then proceeded to act all huffy, while she packed my next order.this is unacceptable. There is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer or customers liason this way. I have been in the customer service, restaurant and retail industries for over 20 years and I would've been fired immediately if I treated a customer that way. I had to fogo hair color and facial piercings, wear dopey uniforms and smile until my face hurt at every customer... Then I grow up to a world where I get a hood rat ghetto attitude from just about every clerk, just for expecting basic minimal service. no wonder people don't want to shop in person anymore. No one wants to get their head bit off If they point out their order is wrong. most of the people who work here are actually pretty good & this is the first time I've had a problem, so I will be happy to change this review and put more stars but if that lady continues to work there and be nasty, then the review stands. I will not tolerate being treated so badly and if I find out who the manager is, I will go full Karen because I am not tolerating being gaslit when I went out of my way to spend eight minutes on the phone with support because this woman didn't want to do her job and then wanted to gaslight me about it. the end.
