I am currently looking at apartments to move in February and Jasmine was absolutely lovely - super patient, super nice. She showed me a lovely studio apartment and gave me wonderful information about the area and the buildings. I highly recommend 275 for their pleasant staff and how safe the community is.

Don't let some of these reviews scare you. Management is awesome... People forget how many units they oversee and the best thing to do? Go see them in person.... they all make time for you and fix the issues or help you in any way they can. Jeanetha and Jasmine are awesome. I've had zero issues living at the annex.

275 on the Park has been a wonderful experience from my first contact with the professional leasing staff. Everything was made easy. The complex is a lovely mix of traditional beauty coupled with all the most modern amenities. It's exceptional value in a perfect location and I highly recommend it. David Westerling
