I am 70 yrs old, quite sedentary, do no exercise other than 20 Minutes to Fitness once a week since the end of April. Had a Physical Therapy eval for an IT issue a few days ago and was so surprised when she said "what have you been doing? Your core is strong." I told her ALL credit goes to 20 Minutes to Fitness. ??? ... Ann Marie (Steve's wife)

I've trained at 20 Minutes to Fitness since the day it opened and was as skeptical as everyone else. The most important thing to know is that it works! It is possible to build strength and fitness with just one 20-minute workout a week. The trainers are now like family. The continue to push me, while also tailoring my workout to any limitations I might have in a given week. I love that there is no waiting, the trainers track my weight and set all the equipment, and make sure I am safe by ensuring proper form. I also feel safe there during the pandemic. It really is possible to get a good workout by wearing a mask!

When I first started training here I was skeptical that a work-out for 20 minutes could have any significant impact. I was wrong! It certainly does. During those 20 minutes they manage to work each of your six major muscle groups to exhaustion and over time that increases strength, markedly. I've also had a great experience with the staff. The manager, Casey Schulte, has been working here for 10+ years. She obviously loves her job as she's always smiling, professional, upbeat and encouraging! Overall, an excellent fitness-trainer option - for all ages!

8 months of training and I've lost 34 pounds and added tons of strength! Primarily, I work with Casey on the weights and with Rob for Mobility & Movement. Despite a back injury 4 months after beginning 20minutestofitness, my strength has steadily increased and the injury has slowly healed. I feel so much better now than I did 8 months ago. Everyone is encouraging and motivating and I really appreciate the organization.

Amazing services and high level of hygiene and safety measures during this covid season. Coaches are very experienced and the equipment's are modern. Always a lovely experience

Absolutely love this place! You get a GREAT workout in 20 minutes! All of the trainers are extremely knowledgable and it doesn't feel like a gym, it's never awkward (like some gyms are), and it's worth the money. You'll see muscle gains quickly throughout the weeks and it's always nice to see your progress! Oh and Amy is wonderful! I've been working with her the most in the last year :)
