I couldn't read anything through my new glasses and they kept falling off my nose. I went back twice to complain and they adjusted them and told me to wait another two weeks. Are they waiting until I can't return them? They adjust them and that helps for a minute and as far as the lens goes I would have to look straight down thru a tiny space at the very bottom of the lens to be able to read anything. That has given me N eyestrain. I'm bringing them back one more Tims and demanding a regunx.

Nickie is the best! We had to get my four-year-old glasses For the first time and she told us that we needed some that weren’t as easy to break and so we went to the spec shop to get them which is now called Clarkson eye care.I kept calling that Clarkson Eyecare place and nobody would tell me when her glasses were going to be and and they said they would call me when they were ready so I called Nikki back and ask her if she could call because they wouldn’t call us back and she called and they were ready. Then I had an issue with the color because My daughter now once pink ones instead of the red one she picked out and she gave me a website to order them and I could not figure out her pupillary distance. And then called Nikki again because I did not have what hers said and Nikki showed me how to do it and told me if I could not get it figured out I could come in and she would help. This woman deserves a raise and she is what every every eye dr should have on staff. I was literally crying when I called her because I was so frustrated and she was able to help with every question and to find out if my daughters classes were indeed and because it had been over a month and clerks and I can’t never called or reached out to say they were in and never returned a call or email. Nickie is the best and I will not stop praising her, She went above and beyond what she had to for us. This is talk to text.

Called the store and the lady was rude and pretended that she couldn’t hear me... and then proceeded to mock me. You all just hire any freaking body. Way to take pride in your services.

I have only fabulous comments for this vision center, employees and Dr. Gaston! She had me come in until my contact script was perfect! She was pleasant and professional! Would highly recommend!

I was not told after them taking my money of 150 plus that I only had 6 weeks to come and buy more lenses and check up before I had to do it all over again. If that is there policy there's nothing I can do at this point but take my buisness else where. Avoid them at all cost. If they would have told me before the 6 weeks then that's on me. I will take my business else where. And tell others.
