I waited over 20 mins in the drive through for my pain meds that i need since i JUST had surgery today, and when we went inside the pharmacy was closed but said nothing abt it being closed outside. You are a pharmacy for a reason. DO YOUR JOB.

Very rare to have a good experience here. Make sure you check that they complete a very basic and essential part of their job and check to charge insurance first. Poor staff quality.

After a full year of trying to get my maintenance medications refilled on the same day, they failed abysmally. Multiple tripe monthly. Transferred to Rogers and they have not missed a beat in months. store 7551 is the worst managed pharmacy in town, avoid.

I'm not sure I've ever been spoken to as rudely by any checker anywhere as I was this morning. Everybody has a bad day, but there is no need to call out a customer for misunderstanding a question, then seconds later, when I asked if I was putting my card in the reader the right way. I was surprised, a little caught off guard, and will be taking my business elsewhere. I've shopped at this store since it opened, but it's apparently time to move on. Customer service is everything.

Went into this location this morning and I don't know who the manager on duty was because lines were long service was slow. One employee seemed to appear to look busy by running back and forth doing absolutely nothing. I used to be a manager of a very large retail store and I can spot an employee trying to appear busy by doing very little. I was at store at 12:21 pm 4/23/23. Store #10725. Other numbers on receipt. 205. 5401. 0021. The young lady ringing me out was said employee. And not very friendly to boot. I don't often write reviews for service because I get it but I think this girl needs retrained

Terrible service! I had ask about a prescription on a medication and pricing with insurance. The worker at front window acted, if I was a burden, as if she was botherd,, it seemed like another case of indolent to me! Thats very sad I'm thinking business must be to good to ececpt new business.

This isn't the first time. Once again I ordered my prescriptions to be delivered. It has now been almost a week. I called this morning they blamed door dash. They want me to come to the store and pick them up instead and pay for them again original transaction will be refund in 7 days.

Don't expect if you make an appointment, show up early as directed, and have all your paperwork filled out in advance that you'll receive your vaccine in an efficient manner. I waited more than 15 minutes past my appointment time. The pharmacist was okay other than stating, we don't consider hives an allergic reaction. I think your average reasonable person would. Also be aware the rewards they give you for choosing this as your vacation destination have so much fine print attached they are basically worthless. I'll likely choose another.

Get your priorities right when it comes to the pharmacy. If your under staffed. Get some dang help!!!! No one should sit in the drive through for half an hour abs watch as you help ppl walking up to the counter AFTER I SAT HERE!!
