The pharmacy needs to get its act together. In the last month, I've encountered them not knowing where items are, having us wait 10 minutes in the drive thru just to be acknowledged and giving my wife a hard time because they don't know how to read the rules of her discount program. The one word that describes them is SLACK.

The pharmacy here needs to get their stuff together. From the signage above the registers that mean nothing, to the rudeness and complete incompetency of the pharmacy techs, this location needs new management.The first time I had an issue, I had medications that I paid using their express pay. I even stood under the sign that said “Express Pay,” which I was greeted with a, “The signs mean nothing. The manager really needs to remove them.” I informed them by telling them and showing them on my phone that it was an Express Pay order to the pharmacy tech to roll her eyes and then say, “You need to inform us when it is express pay. Now I have to start over,” in which I replied, “I did tell you and even show you,” just for her to clap back with, “you are rude.”This time I went to pick up my medication that was ready for a few days just to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes BEFORE getting to the window just to be told they couldn’t find it and I would need to come back in 15-20 minutes. I said the app showed it ready for pick up, just for the same pharmacy tech from the previous encounter to inform me I was being rude and I had to wait for the manager. Then a white-coat lab tech came to speak to me, being rude asking if the medication was that important, why did I wait a few days to pick it up and be called belligerent and for him to rudely explain that it wasn’t ready and it was a central fill and they couldn’t find it. Then another manager came to say I would not be able to pick up the medication at all until I spoke to the pharmacy manager on Monday (two days away) because they were refusing to help me since I was being rude.They are the ones that misplaced the medication and when you ask questions, they label you the rude and belligerent one. This Walgreens is a joke. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS LOCATION!!!

The men’s restroom had an out of order sign on the door. When a store floorwalker employee was asked about it she didn’t know it was out of order. This was at approximately 2pm on a Sunday, you would think an employee would be aware of such a situation by that time of day. Why not ???When I asked to use the women’s restroom I was bluntly told that I could not. There were also key pad coded locks on both public restrooms, so the public could not access them without asking an employee. I then left that Walgreens telling the employee in question that I would not see them again !I then went to another Walgreens in St Joe used their public restroom with no key pad locks and spent, over$30.00 on a pair of reading glasses.I feel that the store at Belt hwy & Frederick, had limited knowledge of the store’s inadequate public facilities and should not require their personnel assistance to access public restrooms.please retrain or replace such uncaring employees !

The lady that manages this Store is not nice and needs to stay in the back at all times, The black lady that checked me out is the reason why you or I would go back there. How do these mean ones become managers is what I can't figure out!

What is wrong with this store? So I go into the store last night and what do I see the cashier is looking like she is near death could hardly talk obviously quite sick but there she is just ringing up customers are they that short staffed here that the sick have to work?! I mean I'm not trying to get sick when I go into walgreens!#DoBetter

Terrible always and mean, always there is a problem. Also depends on the pharmacist, one will do one thing another something completely different. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! They will cause you nothing but problems.

Where to start, doctor faxed over a script waited 30 minutes before going to pharmacy to make sure they got it, tried going threw the drive threw but no one would come to the window so had to go inside was told it would take an hour to fill the script this was at 10am, went back up to window at 10:50 was told still haven’t filled script for my 5 year old who’s crying in the vehicle because her ears are hurting so bad, said be another 20 minutes, so i sat in a chair staring at people walk around and talk behind the counter, 4 lady’s and one old man who was the pharmacist, one of them was walking around almost the whole time eating powdered donuts, talking to the others trying to work, occasionally would look at computer or answer a phone call, so finally at 11:57am i ask again if its ready, she ask pharmacist who says ohh ha ha i forgot to scan it in my bad and was laughing about it, so two hours and 12 minutes later i finally got to get my child’s meds, place has been crap since july but today was truly sad and pathetic and goes to show how little they care about their customers

If you have a debilitating illness or are deathly sick, I strongly urge you to use a different pharmacy. Was in the ER until 1pm went to get my meds @5 they tell me there is a 2 hour wait. So what was I doing waiting around for 4 hours between the hours of 1pm and 5pm!?

We had an appointment for 9:30 a.m. this morning. Waited half an hour. Talked with the staff. They said the pharmacist called in sick. Probably the worst service I've ever had.

The very first time I picked up my new prescriptions I almost took what they gave me was heart medication I’ve never been prescribed heart medication they said My doctor prescribed it to me and he did not. Every other time I went to pick up my prescriptions they were not there when the app said they were l, had to wait the next day to get them. I told the girl today that I was about ready to switch my prescriptions to CVS she said that would be fine just let them know when. No trying to talk me out of it. She didn’t try to keep me as a customer nothing like that. Just Bye. So no I do not recommend this Walgreens.
