My son takes a LIFE-SAVING medicine , which unfortunately also is a controlled medication. Many pharmacies don’t keep his specific dose in stock until after it is requested to be filled. So naturally I call in ahead of him running out of his last pill. However I am often told it’s too soon to request it. However if. Call on the day of his last pill I’m often told we don’t have it in stock.I asked is this a pharmacy policy or an insurance policy here at Walgreens said it is their policy!Well time to find a different pharmacy then because that is unacceptable for a LIFE-Saving medication controlled or not. He has been on this medication for years, he is not abusing it and this particular pharmacy has filled it for him several times now. Only recently have I had this problem.

The very first time I picked up my new prescriptions I almost took what they gave me was heart medication I’ve never been prescribed heart medication they said My doctor prescribed it to me and he did not. Every other time I went to pick up my prescriptions they were not there when the app said they were l, had to wait the next day to get them. I told the girl today that I was about ready to switch my prescriptions to CVS she said that would be fine just let them know when. No trying to talk me out of it. She didn’t try to keep me as a customer nothing like that. Just Bye. So no I do not recommend this Walgreens.

The new pharmacy manager was great! He really took the time to explain everything and made me feel that he really cared. Thank you!

was told 30-60 min for prescription. Took a total of 110 minutes to get my prescriptions. This is after I called and was told 30-60. Went back after 30 minutes and told 30 more. I drive around finish a couple more errands. Then go back they said 30-60 minutes they pharmacist had to look at it before they could even print it off for it to be filled. Was asked to get out of line and drive back around the building when I refused I finally got my prescriptions within about 10 minutes.

I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before staff even acknowledged my presence. This place is grossly understaffed.

I have been waiting for an hour and 1/2 for4 prescriptions that my doc faxed in over two hours ago. I finally got to check out but realize I only have 3 of the 4. I got bit by a spider and am missing the med that goes directly on the bite. Another 10 minutes and still not here. I normally fill scripts at Target but was not feeling well and didn't feel like driving that far. I won't make that mistake again. I guess because they are open 24 hours is the reason people come here? It's as bad as Walmart. If you don't feel well and can go somewhere else, I would.
