I have lived here for 4 months and after the first month I noticed a consistent tapping or knocking noise from the apartment directly above me. I asked maintenance if there were pipes or utilities between floors thinking that water pipes may be the issue. I was told that there was "10 inches of concrete between floors and nothing else". I have left the person above me a couple of notes letting them know that the noise carries through the my apartment..I have also notified management and they shrug their shoulders. So I am at a loss and am miserable in my own apartment. There is also a roach problem, they do spray every month, but I don't know how spraying for 10 seconds every month in an apartment is supposed to stop roaches. I will say the location of this property is outstanding and overall it's well taken care of. My experience hasn't been a good one and I have a year lease.

My grandma has lived here for about 4 years. It is a great place to visit and she loves her home! The office staff goes above and beyond to help my grandma out!

I moved in June 2019, and I can not say where I have never lived where the housing/building staff was so nice and friendly, the apt are very nice and clean, the building is nice and clean, I waited it seems like a life time to move in here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

my grandfather has lived there for 3 years and it’s be one of the most amazing things for him they take good care of the people and the maintenance team makes sure nobody goes without and it’s super close to everything overall best place for him

My grandmother lives there , they ladies in the office are amazing treat you like family. The maintenance team are on top of repairs , making sure things are 100 % . They are close to shopping and restaurants, she can live independently but still have supervision. Thanks for being amazing!

I moved in almost a year ago from Texas the office staff was extremely receptive to my difficult move and I've moved 5 times since 1974 and it was harder this time because I'm 85. I needed something that was affordable to me and close to shopping and restaurants. The office staff was kind enough to make this information easy to access. Because I was calling from Texas and I didn't know anything about the area I am forever grateful! After moving in, I found the office staff to be kind, helpful and always available when I need them and maintenance done in a timely manner. Very happy resident!

I live here. I think this place is great. Staff is friendly, and the building is well maintained. BUT, it looses one star for the absurd AC/Heat system. Half the year we get heat. the other half we get AC. So summer and winter are peachy. But the spring and fall are awful. in spring when you only have heat, if it's 80* outside, then it's 90* in the apartment. and the higher the floor you live on, the worse it gets. And, being this is a small town, the people running the place are are terrified of window AC units. They believe the might fall and turn some poor resident walking below into paste. As entertaining as that might be, I believe the odds are against that. But alas, you cant everything. Other than that, I really do like this place.
