ok I love all the ladies at this Post Office but The attitude of Matt I believe his name is, IS HORRIBLE!! This is the 2nd bad experience with him! If he hates his job or dealing with people he may need to find another job.

Very upset no more using kiosk, using inside drop boxes, picking up shipping boxes or using po after 5pm. Need to place kiosk outside or remove. Kinda pointless some ppl work during business hours and can now no longer ship anything. Being able to ship after hrs was the only reason I used this location as an etsy shop owner. Not anymore! I will now be investing in a label printer and switching my shipping profiles

I do not have a good opinion of the USPS as a whole....but the individual locations are fine. Good service and clean places. Most offer everything you need. Boxes, packaging, tape, stamps, greeting cards etc.

Called about a media mail package that was stuck in NJ for 7 days. The agent (Shelly) was very rude and kept saying that I purchased the cheapest rate. She spoke to me as if she absolutely hated her job. I told her to stop talking to me that way. I informed her that I would file a complaint and have them pull the telephone call. This is absolutely ridulous they complaint because we try to use the cheapest mail delivery. It doesn't matter what I paid -I was inquirying why it sat at NJ for 7 days. I mailed it 11 days ago.

I send my mom a package and she dont received the package its one month and the package is missing i call and they said me the same thing they going to look what happen to the package and they going to do a update they are very irresponsible.

Basic understanding of addresses is extremely poor they can't read the numbers on the side of my mailbox yet they deliver my mail to not only my neighbors but to the residence on a different Road diagonal from us not very satisfied with the service packages not being delivered but being scanned as delivered some pretty shady things going on very disappointed in the USPS service i should have used a different mail carrier you would think with as much as they get paid a simple grade school education would be required Unfortunately they can't understand numbers

Shelly was AWESOME! She helped me track a package that had missorted and had been in transit for over 3 weeks. She followed it and called me to keep me updated and found my package! Amazing customer service! Thank you Shelly!
