I had an extremely disappointing experience with the UPS facility in St. Joseph. They severely damaged my package containing important items, and instead of contacting me or the intended receiver, they simply threw the entire package away without any communication. This decision was unreasonable and showed a complete disregard for customer property. Even if parts of the contents were damaged, many items were likely still intact and salvageable. The facility's poor handling, lack of communication, and careless disposal of my package demonstrate unacceptable service standards. I strongly advise against using this UPS location for your shipping needs.

I have a Temu return & was given the choice to go to the UPS store for them to print off my label for me & take my return using my UPS QR code. This place DOES NOT do that!!!! They also DO NOT do Amazon QR code returns by what the 2 of the people in front of me was told! They instructed me that I would have to take it to Barry Rd location in Kansas City another good 45 minutes to an hour away. Granted I live a good 29 to 39 minutes ftom this store!!!! I didn't have it in me to do the drive! Here's to hoping tomorrow when I go to KC they will take my return w/o any hassle!!! NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the website for the store ,it says they can print out a shipping label. They cannot. Drop location only!

Hours aren’t correct! Had a return to make. I check the hours online, which state it opens at 8:30 am. I arrive at 8:47 am with four kids in tow to learn they actually don’t open until 9 am, per a sign on the door dated April 8. When it’s finally my turn, the regular guy isn’t there, and the guy manning the counter doesn’t know how to scan/give receipts. If my package doesn’t get scanned and it is lost, I am out the money. Guess I will be making another trip….

The fact they are only open 3 hours a day split up into 1.5 hour shifts is extremely inconvenient. ?If you are going to do that the least you could do is get a Dropbox ?

Supposed to open 8:30 AM. However the lady who normally does it was on vacation. So in there infinite BIG CORPORATION thinking, never plan for it. So some knuckle head whoever staysS
. Now opening at 9:00AM. After standing outside in freezing cold, waiting for.the doors to open at 8:30. Now I'm giving this review. It was 2.8 I hope it DROPS. GOD BLESS!

Will give 5 stars! Love UPS! But the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to go pick up my packages and they haven’t even got them ready yet. They were supposed to be delivered about 4 days ago and the driver pulled up and pulled off because I requested to pick it up… dumb me… I wished he would of just dropped em off while he was here but I understand he has a job todo! But overall I love ups and how fast and friendly they’ve always been!Keep up the good work guys thank youSteve ThompsonDirector Of Maintenance

Go to return an Amazon package with a QR code checked on website they state that you can “easily print mobile shipping labels and create new shipments from our self-service kiosks” so when I drive to the store that is out of the way on the door there is a paper that has been printed out that they don’t accept Amazon QR codes and that I would need to drive to Berry road in KC to send off this package that’s 45 minutes away.
