I have tried reaching someone to purchase a mobile home since Feb. 2023. I eventually got a response from a lady in the K.C. office. Since then I have messaged, called, and even drove to the office. The maintenance man was there each time and said manager is not there. Even went online and filled out application to see the homes. For me kind of odd the manager is too busy to reach back out to someone who has been trying since Feb. to reach them.

Impossible to get ahold of the landlord, even if you leave messages they dont call back. they dont fix anything when you tell them theres a problem. But if your a day late on rent they threaten to take you to court and take your home away.

Trilevel is a great place to live. It is quiet and the mobile home I live in is new and beautiful. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The landlords are great, and are ready to help whenever you need it.
