Quiet place to live. Mgmt is out of town & very difficult to contact. Rent is a little high but includes water & sewer.

Impossible to get ahold of the landlord, even if you leave messages they dont call back. they dont fix anything when you tell them theres a problem. But if your a day late on rent they threaten to take you to court and take your home away.
