Have really liked Tommy's but this morning I went to wash my car because I have a monthly subscription and they are closed. No reason as to why. If it happens again I will take my business elsewhere.

If you wash your car regularly and not in need of a deep exterior clean Tommy’s is great. I just wish I could still get the underbody high pressure washed in the summer. I have always felt that my Tommy’s location doesn’t ever high pressure wash the undercarriage but spays they do spay a low pressure soap/chemical in the winter. But during the summer season I have noticed nothing is sprayed on the undercarriage ( I have the Works wash plan at Saint Joseph, mo.). I understand that they may not want to spray water under there trying to prevent excessive rust caused by frequent water, but, I wish I could choose to have it washed every once in awhile.
I once had a part blow off my cars front bumper which was a front tow cover ($144.06 plus the cost of painting). Not realizing it right away I went there to the store I believe close to a week later after the wash (due to not driving the car everyday). I had to go back 4 different day and multiple call different day to just see if the manager could check the footage and see if it was on the car before or after the wash. With that being said 3 out of the 4 visits, I met personally with the manager, but the first visit he was leaving and could look at the footage that at that moment, the second visit with the manager he was busy and the third he was very short and acted as if I was bother him by having him look through the footage. When asked to see the footage or even have it email to me he stated that that is against corporate rules and his facility wasn’t responsible for replacement. When calling corporate/customer service they said that all situation like that one are all done per store and not done by the corporate office. The whole situation was very shady.

Your tommys express customer appreciation day yesterday was a joke! I drove thru car wash at 10 after 10am and only one man was outside just starting to assemble a tent. If you state the event is 10am to 4pm; then it should be operating by 10am! No contests, prizes or games for us!

This place is awesome.
for new members, you get a month of premium car washes that include "the works" for the price of one car wash.
But if you dont use it too often, dont forget to unsubscribe on the app as you will be auto enrolled. (Found out the hard way) But after the first month, it's like 30 or 40 dollars, so if you're someone who washes your car all the time, this may be a great option. The way things are rising thats basically the price of 2 subscription video services. So cancel those and invest in something that will help you keep the money (your car) you already spent looking fresh ? im not endorsed by this company at all ive just paid 12 to 20 dallers for 1 wash before and it just makes more sense to pay it one time and get 28-31 car washs depends on the month. Anyway, great car washes, low price, 1st month discounted, no brainer.

We have had our membership here for a little while and so far so good. But lately there have been problems happening when I go through the wash. About half the time the line stops at the end of my wash and it acts as if it cannot push my vehicle out of the lane. Today I drove onto the entry track and put my car in neutral and foot off the brake as instructed. My car began to roll too close to the car in front of me and my car was going to hit the other car in front of me. So when I applied the brakes it automatically shut down the line. Guy came out told me to back up my car and I did so. Line started again, no problems. However, I am not a stupid woman driver!!! And no apologies made to me or anything by your staff about what happened. I am NOT going to allow my car to roll into someone else's car. Something is not right at this location because I have washed my car at other Tommy Express locations and not had this issue. We are considering cancelling our membership.
