I give these people zero stars for their dishonesty. They promised me a "military discount" which they never delivered on, not that I was expecting it, but they offered it up front. Next, they didn't help negotiate my tax debt after I used my IRA as a first time home buyer. They made the assumption that I was "guilty" of something, when all I needed to do was purchase a home. Third, when I went into their business office to pay my balance, I left with a receipt, and the following Monday I received another bill in the mail, that was postmarked the day before I entered their offices to pay my final bill. When I called to question the bill, both the office manager and Mr. Sumner refused to talk with me over the phone and neglected my further calls, and failed to give me an explanation. I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone. They had the gall recently to send me a letter referring to me as a "client". I have no intention of ever setting foot inside their business, and I've warned several people to not do business with this group. You won't be happy with their business either, and they'll keep you dragging on for years doing as little as possible and offering no solutions to resolve tax issues. I had the best solution by contacting legal aide, something I should have done from the start.
