Today's visit was good. The phone interactions have SUCKED! They've lied to me and I hate optimum at this point BUT! Miss Sandra, in store, was wonderful and helpful. After 16+ years , I'm being treated like dirt. But Miss Sandra had empathy and offered suggestions that were helpful.
