Im spending like 100 dollars a month for wifi i barelly get to use when i want to play online i cant when we call to get it fixed some dude named bill tries to help but he dosent and when u do fix my wifi it only works for a week than stops my freind lives in a motel and his wifi is better than what your selling. Thats sad

Our Internet speeds rarely reach the published speeds and when they do they are not sustainable. I have called many times as have my neighbors but it still has not improved. Communication of outages is horrible as is the responsiveness of the technicians. If we had another option I would leave tomorrow.

Just very very bad service,I thought talking to SuddenLink was a pain but this is just ridiculous,It gets fixed but who knows for how long? Day,Week,Month if I'm lucky then right back to nothing,I've switched back to SuddenLink and would say stay away from here if you can

We have been using St. Joe Wireless for almost seven years. We are able to play games online, stream movies and zoom for work. I love that there are never any "hidden costs" and I always can speak to someone in person, immediately, if there is an issue or if I have a question.

Internet isn't blazing fast but it let's you get done what you need done and customer service is good.

I had 3 MBs download speeds and could not even use zoom if you can get a different provider DO!

Internet constantly goes out,You'd think it runs off a fat dude in a hamster wheel who has to keep taking breaks,Unfortunately I don't have any other options but I think Dial Up in the 90s worked better then this and I wish I could time travel just to go back to slow internet

Absolutely horrible customer service,Spoke with a guy named Bill who was the Rudest,most vulgar and quite frankly stupidest person I've ever had to talk to on the phone.Told me to "Just get a new router" every time I called because our internet was out and 3 new routers later still had the same problems.Save yourself and go with anyone else if you can!
