We had an issue with the pump rebooting, the mgr on duty (sam?) came out to pump to make sure it started working. Both mgr and the young man working the store were so friendly and started my day with a smile. Gave 4 stars for service and dinged a star for the pump We will come here next time we drive thru on our travels. Thankyou!

Girl working was talking to her friend on the store phone as she was ringing up sales. Very unprofessional and definitely rude business. Customer service should be #11310 Riverside/AC

I prepaid $50 in gas! The pump stopped at $49.87. The sales associate didn’t know what to do. It’s only, “$.13” but it’s my $.13. Yes, I’m petty! I don’t care of its $.5. I paid $50 worth of gas, I want every penny of it.Can you imagine if this same thing happened to several people out of the day? The week? The month? That money would add up!! Not sure what’s going on with their pumps, but if they expect people to stop and get gas, they might want to look into fixing the gas pumps!! Either way, I won’t be back!

***update***Since this review I was contacted by the owner & the situation has been addressed. We will continue to stop at Speedys. Outside of this incident, the staff has always been friendly & we've never had a complaint.I live in Nebraska & meet my kids' father here every other fri/sun to exchange kids. We have been doing this for 8 years. Never had an issue until tonight-My 10 year old daughter & 6 year old step daughter went into the restroom as I was deciding what I wanted to drink (coolers are right by the RR). I hear a "Restrooms are closed"I apologized to the girl working & told her I didn't know. (She said nothing) At that time I noticed the hand written sign written on a box. The words were facing the pop cooler which is on the furtherest wall of the building instead of facing out where people would see it when entering the bathroom. There was a wet floor sign out & the door to the storage area between bathrooms was open & there was a mop bucket out. It appeared to me, and probably why I didn't pay attention as much as I could have, as if they'd had a spill & had moved so stuff to clean it up or hadnt gotten the chance to put everything away/back yet...I went in to the restrooms & asked the girls if they were about done because the bathrooms were actually closed. They were both in the stalls already. I walked back out & apologized again to the lady working & told her they were almost done. I wanted to make sure she heard me apologize so she didn't think I was being rude & ignoring her. My 12 year old son was standing there with me & they are raised to be polite & respectful so I try to demonstrate what I expect of them. (he walked in the bathroom & didn't notice the sign either). She then replied snarkily as she rolled her eyes at me-"You walk right by the sign as you walk in"I replied "I didn't even go into the restroom & one of them can't even read."My 10 year old can read but she'd been sleeping for over an hour in the far so she was still half asleep.There was no further comments from her. As we walked out both the girls & my son told her thank you despite her rudeness.We may only be at that gas station for a few minutes every time, but we buy snacks, drinks, gas etc everytime. If she continues to be there, we will just meet somewhere different.You do not talk to people like that while in the employee role & especially when you work in customer service. I write this review about that single employee, not Speeeys itself. I hope this reaches whoever it needs to reach so they are made aware of the disrespectful, disgraceful employee they have representing their business. As someone who has worked in customer service 20+ years & a small business owner, I would not want this lady working for me!!

Very disappointed. We came in at 1:40am and as soon as we walked in the door was told by cashier Lupe that it would be a 20 min wait for anything. Very disappointing.
