Love and hate this place. Every time I find something I love, they end up discontinuing it or changing it to a members mark brand. The constant is their rotisserie chicken. Under 5 and bigger than the other stores. Oh and I always get tires here. Pretty good deals. If it wasn't here in town I for sure wouldn't drive far for one. I wish a Costco was here.

The workers here are the most unfriendly, unhelpful people I have ever met in my life. It seems like they’re always looking to screw me over with the most expensive brands of medicine instead of giving me the generic ones, as requested.

This isn't specific to St. Joseph Sams club but the company itself, specifically the online ordering. The local store was out of lake mats so I decided to order online, took multiple calls to get my login to work due to a website issues then finally did and the item was supposed to be free shipping for plus members, noted it was going to charge shipping prior to buying called and was told it was a website error that they couldn't fix (funny since it's their website) but was t

So a tech at Sam's Club messed up a tire repair. Told the manager "I didn't know how to install the part". I had to go back because I had a screw I the tire. That tech found the tire censor rolling around inside the tire. He said he "fixed it the best he could". I talked to Don the store manager who referred it to Jeff the Auto Manager. Jeff called and told me it was my fault that it happened because I purchased the part from a parts store and not them. I was told to buy it from the parts store from the tech. I called the 800 number to complain. They transferred me back to Jeff to file a complaint. So if you want something mess up go to Sam's Club ask for Jeff. They will mess it up and blame you for it.
