My ratecon appointment said 10pm pick up. I got there at 4:30pm and they told me appointment was 7pm and my load wasn't ready yet. At 6:15pm, they gave a door. Before 7:30pm, I was out of there.

Guards at the gate super friendly and helpful got unloaded quick and guard told me a place to go park for the night

Was told by my dispatch I could arrive early (appointment time 12:00)Per the broker, okay.I arrived around 0830 and was told my load won't be ready until noon, okay that's cool.Arrived at 11:30 and was told 16:00, so I waited until 1530 and checked in, was told to pick a door between 09 to 14 and come back in and tell us what door.At 1730hrs went inside to inquire about the delay and my time is ticking away. Young lady behind the desk said to me in a snotty tone that its lunch time and you have to wait, I expressed that that's all I have been doing is waiting.My dispatch contacts me and sends me a email that states I'm no longer allowed to be in the building because of my demeanor, I'm lost because I'm not the one that was snotty and others were loaded before me and I was there before they were!This is inexcusable behavior!!!
