I’m sure the work done is fine, but dealing with the dealership itself was a nightmare. They didn’t finish the job, the wheel well covers are still in the trunk, after I informed them it was off, but it needed to remain off to do the job itself.I called the dealership every day, just trying to get a loaner vehicle, they just kept mentioning they wouldCall me back, but it never happened. I would have to call myself 3-4 hours later.The people I would talk to in service had no idea what I was talking about. Seems like the communication here is extremely poor. I would not ever buy a new vehicle from them, after this experience.

The oil change was done in a timely manner. An inspection was done and three issues were discovered. A text was sent. One issue was rated as immediate this issue was a brake fluid change. I tried to authorize this at that time but evidently failed. Soon after that a representative let me know my car is ready. I prefer more of a personal care. I am waiting in a nice waiting area, why not come and talk to me about my car service needs. Not terrible service but improvements could be made.

Originally, I was going to give them a perfect score because I had a very good experience when I was purchasing the vehicle (van). Well, I was there to buy anyways so they didn't really have to do much to convince me to purchase but they were very accommodating with price negotiation(s). I promised them that I would give them a perfect score.But, When I picked up the van (2024 Odyssey) it was dark and extremely cold, so I didn't really inspect all around the van cause all I wanted to do was to just get inside the van and get warmed up (my fault here). When I got home, I noticed that one side of the van was completely muddied from what I believe was when they were topping the gas tank, and they probably went over a puddle of mud (not too much of a biggie).I also noticed that there was a screw missing from the rear bumper (again no biggie it happens in the factory not dealership’s fault). However, the issue here was that I tried several times to reach out to the salesperson that helped me (which otherwise a very nice guy) but he never got back to me. And then one of the managers reached out to me for some paperwork or to fill out this survey and I brought these two things to him with pictures/proofs (from which I really/only wanted to get a screw for securing the bumper). All he said was “I am sure we will take care of it.” That was then and now it is almost a month after I have purchased my van and still they have to reach out to me on how they/he will take care of it?Note for the future buyers. You will probably get a great experience/help while you are purchasing your vehicle. BUT, make sure everything is 100% done/complete with your vehicle before you leave the dealership (no matter how cold it is :) ) cause you might not be able to get your issue(s) resolved once the sale is over. Maybe I am wrong and it was just my poor luck, my van did get rear-ended on the highway a week prior to or having to buying this new van from this dealership.Maybe I'll give them 5 star next time, if there is one ;). Staff are very nice and friendly specifically Jaden and Ian not them but all of the staff they value their customers and walk through the whole process of getting fast your car and its cool the electronic processing of the papers less hassle I recommend rolling hills Honda, Toyota next time when you get your car. I had a great experience getting my new Honda hr-v. Brooke was able to get me in the same day I called and Cotton McPike was able to help me find the perfect car. We went through three cars and he was super understanding. He was able to get a good trade on my car and a cheaper monthly payment. Then we meet with Mary for financing who respected what I wanted and did not want for extra purchases. She also gave me great advise on the finance part! They all stayed after their closing hours just to make all this possible. 110% would recommend this place, very nice people!

I took my car in at 9:15 to do a factory recall. The repair was to take two hours. I kept monitoring the message that was sent to me and it showed the car had arrived, it showed that all day long! Finally at approximately 3 pm I received a message stating it was done. I couldn’t have them come and pick me up as my granddaughters bus was coming at 3:15. The good thing about it was they delivered the car at 3:45. So I had to run all my errands with my granddaughter who is non-verbal autistic. Not the plan I had for the day.

Bought a new car here. Experience was great but follow-up after the sale was lacking. Communication with sales and service needs some improvement. Car needed some accessories installed and a final detail. Never received a call when the accessories came in and the detail amounted to an exterior car wash only. The inside of the car remained dirty and not touched and the outside still has water spots on it. It would have taken little effort on Rolling Hills Part to make this an exceptional experience.

Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change. I made the appointment and took the time off work. I understand places get busy, but had it been communicated with me I could have left and came back. Pretty frustrated and I didn’t feel like there was much accountability on their part.

My 2006 Honda CRV needed a new key. I was there less than an hour. Kaylee (sp?) was very friendly and I'm so happy to be able to use a key fob again!

Rolling Hills made it very easy for me to get the scheduled maintenance done on my SUV. They kindly rescheduled my appointment so I could get everything done in one trip. They have a shuttle service and we were able to get our errands run while my vehicle was being serviced. Very professional staff is also very friendly.

We took our car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. When we got home, oil was dripping from our 2023 vehicle all over our driveway. We called to notify them and left messages to get our car back in ASAP and no one called back. We got our car back in a wk later & were told it was “residual oil” from our original oil change. The staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency in fixing their mistake. We also now have to have our driveway power washed

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tech saw one of my tire rod boots was broken. All staff was patient with me while I coordinated with my mom about what to do and even sent her a detailed email with pictures so she could see. Amazing service all around. Will definitely be going back!
