Horrible customer service from the cashier to the pharmacy tech. Every month they never have my prescriptions, correct. Today went in to pick up my prescriptions and they said they put them back because I was three days late from picking them up. Talked to a technician and they were working on getting a prescription filled. Then a cashier decided put into my business with the tech when she didn’t even know what was going on and I had to tell her to mind her own business because I was talking to the tech about my prescription. She was very rude and got someone else involved when they did not even know about my medication. Never seen any more disrespectful cashier then at Rogers Pharmacy. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and want to quit coming there but they are the only ones that carry the B40 plan that I need. Plus they don’t put on the correct prescription information on my bottles that my doctor sent in and my doctor is having to call multiple times to get it corrected. I might have to start getting my medication filled at my doctors office. Rogers needs to get his employees in checked or five of them all and get new ones.

We purchased two Golden recliners a year ago and paid big money for them. They are a disappointment. Called them for several months before ever getting a response. A guy came out 3 different times and each time promises were made but never carried thru. The last time was promised service the following week which was over a month ago or so. Now the warranty has run out so we are stuck with these chairs. So disappointing. Faber

Greatful for drive up window...just wish Google did not show them as being open till 8:00-9:00 if only drive up window is open...wasn't expecting to sit in a line for a half hour or better.

Edit took away a star because they told me I had no refills so they would have to call my doc. Then I get a notification that my script is ready. Tell me why they filled 1/3 of my script and called it good. Like they did something. I bet if I had not questioned it they wouldn't have sent anything to my doctor and world have left me without meds. I'm going back to price chopper.They just fill your medications when they want to and they fill the amount they want. This has caused me several problems including having to go without my antipsychotic for several days. I hope they can get the staffing they need or whatever the problem is because they used to be so so so good. I'm holding out hope. If there are still problems I will have to go back to price chopper.

This pharmacy sucks. They mixed up mine and my sisters information multiple times and were not helpful to fix the problems. Rosa on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude while I was trying to explain my situation the next day after not receiving my medication when I should have.

Wow. All I can say. Just got off the phone with Jessica in the pharmacy. This customer service I received is the reason I will be using Rogers for all my prescriptions from here on out! Wonderful place!

I called asking if they carried my 340b medication that is a controlled substance. The person was rude and told me they only fill a 90 day supply unless you have filled with them for a year. That is their rule, not the states rule. She refused to even tell me the cost of 30 days until she had the prescription in hand! I told her she was rude and asked to speak to the manager and that's when she told me she is the manager! I asked for the store manager and she said "There is no one with more authority than me." I will never spend my money at a place with condescending, rude employees! So much for home town non chain pharmacies!!

I had a sleep study on 2/28/23. My PCP office called me 3/3/23 to tell me I needed a CPAP and they would send everything to Roger's for someone to contact me to get setup. I never heard anything for 2 weeks. Called Roger's and they didn't receive the prescription for the CPAP from my PCP. Roger's said they would request the orders from my doctor. Still didn't hear anything. Called Roger's a week later and the staff said it looks like "the ball was dropped" and the request was never sent. Called my PCP and finally got the order sent. Called Roger's a few days later to verify they received the order and they did. Roger's said "Pat would review the orders and call me to get setup." 2 more weeks went by and did not hear from Roger's. Called Roger's this last Monday and staff again said they would relay the message to Pat to review the orders and call me to get set up. 4 days later nothing... I have felt terrible for quite awhile and just want to get started with my CPAP. Roger's obviously is disorganized and does not follow through in a timely manner with getting customers setup with medical equipment. I am having my PCP send my CPAP orders somewhere else, and I will never use Roger's Pharmacy again!

They're not always on the same page. I've used Roger's for years but things aren't as they once were here. They've forgotten one of my medications several times. Their prices are getting out of control and they're out of stock... a lot these days.

Loved Rogers for so many years! However it’s gone so downhill. The staff is rude and there’s no value to their customer service anymore. I think their reps genuinely hate working there. The pharmacist is still nice at least.

My family has used rogers forever. Since it moved I think it is way to big for them to handle I have called and called to get my scripts automatically mailed to me every month. Not happened yet. It’s a lot better but sitting here now wondering why I don’t have my trazodone (hence why I’m up ) my gabapentin and naproxen.

Like most, delivery can be challenging however they really came through this afternoon in delivering a ' cam boot' that I have needed since last week. Good ol'Mosaic personnel dropping the ball was the cause of the delay but a big thank you for getting it out to me (probably after normal delivery hours).
