The new manager is amazing. She is so much nicer and set me up on auto pay in first 5 minutes. Got the sofa I sent back off my account and I have been trying to do that for months. Please let her be here to stay. She did not even yell back at me when I called upset. She just calmly fixed the issue and got me back on track.
