What a day…came in not knowing much except my trade wasn’t worth what I thought. Leave it to Herschel to get us $1000 more than other dealers in town!! We had Nate on sales running around with us grabbing keys, Herschel going to war with the bank for the best interest rates behind the desk, and Gabe Bidding in the back to finish up the papers AND sprinkle on gap coverage we needed. It was as seamless as it could have been. It’s never easy trading, buying, or even looking for a vehicle. The team I had at yesterday was top notch and extremely helpful. No unanswered questions! A big plus for me being a veteran is, Reed is veteran owned and plenty of vets working at all levels. Thank you Reed Team!!

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Reed Chevrolet scheduled an appointment for me online with one of their sales reps, Jeff Davey. I knew what vehicle I was looking at and Jeff showed it to me, was very friendly, and didn't pressure me at all. I felt like he was working to get me in the car I wanted at the payment I wanted, and he helped me get it. I can not say enough good things about how I was treated by the whole staff. I drive cars into the ground, but if I need one soon, I'll be returning to Jeff and Reed.
The vehicle I got was also incredibly priced compared to the same model (used) in other parts of the KC area. So there's that too!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience and, in particular, Curt Meyers and Sheryl Panos. We were on a roadtrip with our six children and the rental van lost power and air conditioning to the rear section. Sheryl took the time to listen to our dilemma and bring Curt in to help us get it resolved. We were back on the road in under 90 minutes. I truly wish I lived in St. Joe only so I could be a permanent client. They saved our first vacation as a combined family and I will forever be grateful!
