I had a bad experience with red dot. I was going to rent some space from them but I couldn’t log into their website to activate the account. The online signin had all kinds of problems. I couldn’t just visit a location and take care of it in person so I just decided to go elsewhere

There is daylight coming in between the flooring and siding and there was trash in the storage area when I moved in.

I was surprised how easy it was to rent a storage unit and how fast I was able to use it. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and helpful. The unit isn't in the best of shape but my main concern is if it leaks. There are a few patches in the ceiling with water stains and white tape and it sags quite a bit. I swept a good 30ft by 12ft area of the road my unit is on because there was broken glass all over. I hope whoever the disrespectful renters are that made the mess get a flat tire.

Terrible!! DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE!!! Ours was broke into, then I get an email stating we did not put a lock on it they had to,, and we will be charged in X amount of days. The lock was cut off and stuff out of a box was coming out of the storage unit when we got there, pretty obvious it was broken into. No phone call or anything.
