Was there for 20min for an oil change that cost $131.54, insane. $55.13 for labor charges on a less than 20 min oil change. Never will go back.

Great service and customer service but the tires I was told were in stock by associates twice, then on app, were, in fact, not in stock. I had to go with a more expensive tire, which made the final bill increase by $50. I was told this after thr car was on the rack in thr garage after about ab hour. I was in a jam, and there nothing I could do. The service people in the garage and at desk were friendly and knowledgeable, BUT would have been nice to have a discount with the tires. Note: having Walmart+ allows a customer free road hazard with tires. This is a good perk!

I feel like I definitely got ripped off by this dealership! I initially came in to get a 150$ diagnostic on a wiring problem that I had with a 2009 Ford edge. The representative at the desk that I talked to said that it would be done that week. The issue involves no communication from the PCM to the OBD 2 port. Fast forward 3 phone calls and a month later they tell me that they need a second key to diagnose the issue so I go to the dealership and pay a locksmith 150 dollarsto get a second key. they then tell me that they will get it into the bay in a couple days fast forward 2 months and 6 phone calls theytell me they won't fix my vehicle no matter the price im willing to pay. they stated there was an aftermarket axle because the wheels stuck out(which is untrue the car has wheel spacers on it) which told me they didn't even feel the need to look under the car before giving up and charging me 500$ for absolutely nothing they wouldn't even give me a clue as to what was wrong or how to fix it. I would never trust these people with my vehicle or my money and I will be filing a complaint against the better business beareu because I feel like they took advantage of me and a dealership should never decline to fix an issue with a vehicle just out of laziness.

A Plus Service. Very friendly staff. They seem to know their customers and engage with them while the customers are waiting on their cars. I can get in and out in a timely manner. And they always recommend what I should do next time I bring my car in.

Price to high, left keys in car, no paper on floor to protect against dirty feet. Originally told me I had to bring my truck in for an estimate even after I told them year, engine size and quantity of oil it took. Never said thank you after paying.

A couple of issues with them. They are way over priced on oil changes. Tried to charge me $260 to change the oil in my truck. Granted it is a diesel and requires 10qts, but I ended up getting it done somewhere else for $125. My wife went there by herself for tires on her Tahoe. She got the tires, and six months later I notice that the front one is worn down on the inside. Keep in mind that is is a 2022. Take it back there and they wont stand behind it due to her not rotating them. Such B.S, she paid for an alignment at the time she bought the tires, and it wasn't done correctly, and now they wont stand behind it. BEWARE, poor customer service and high prices.

Quicklane's staff did an exceptional job with my car, ensuring its safety for long-distance driving. They even went above and beyond by fixing a minor issue under my car without asking any charges. The staff and services were truly impressive, and I will definitely return for future needs.

It is ridiculous to pay $130 for 1/2 synthetic oil change and ture rotation. There is a reason they don't post their prices and it begins with disrespect of their customers. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Had a flat tire from running over a nail on I-29 on the way home from Omaha. I did not have a spare so when the tow truck driver dropped my car off around 5:55pm(closing time is 6pm), Stephen was kind enough to wait for me and repair my tire! Great service and very friendly folks. Thanks again!Service: Tires

I have been taking my vehicles to Anderson since I bought my first car from them in college. Steve has always trained his employees to provide great customer service. I sincerely appreciate all of the help they give me each time I visit!

Quick Lane gave my car an oil change and did a tire repair within an hour. The staff was courteous. The lobby was tidy and clean.I do appreciate the woman who was ever-so-kind when I spoke with her on the phone and when she was showing me the brands of tires that Quick Lane sells. This is my third Anderson vehicle, my fifth vehicle as a returning customer to Quick Lane.Five Stars! I wish the the office staff (excluding Steve) would reap the benefits of 5 star ratings with bonuses (instead of Steve’s pocket)!
