Poorest service ever today, 31 January. Lobby was bone chilling cold on a sub-freezing night and apparently they have no heat in the lobby despite the lab area being a good 10-15 warmer. There was a space heater that was not working. Tech didn't arrive until 5 min after 7 (I had first appointment) then waited half hour for him to set up and call me back. The appointment board was also non-functional so couldn't see anyone actually checked in and others appeared unhappy too.Apparently he is new and he let blood escape and squirt out from the site which has never happened before because the needle was barely in the vein and wobbly. Also unhappy when booking for a glucose test, there was no warning it would take THREE hours meaning I had to call out of work since their system is incapable of even estimates on times. He told me I could reschedule but only AFTER drawing the first batch...kinda late by now! He should have put in a standard IV type line rather than to jab me 3 separate times.The billing site is the worst payment portal I've seen and is no option to see any billing information beyond the current outstanding. Every other medical portal shows every bill and every payment made, what are you hiding? Obviously Quest doesn't consider the full patient experience in their business models. Oh, and don't even try calling. No one will ever answer a phone anyway.The location has been great in the past and know they're short staffed as the manager usually is the only one here and she is the absolute best Phlebotomist I've ever had. I'm happy they may be more staffed now but unfortunately with poor quality workers who both disrespect the company and patients causing them to delay other obligations.I only gave 2 stars due to prior experience or this would be a 1 star

Absolutely awful scheduling. Had my husband come in for a pre-employment drug screen at 1:30. They apparently have no idea that they might not be the ONLY thing we have to do. When we stopped in at 10:30 the place was a ghost town. At 1:30, there's a line. Very poor planning.

I can't even call this office to ask simple questions I forgot to ask before I left the testing center. No instructions where given to me to retrieve my results. The lab is not open to just walk in and an appointment has to be made to get in. I'm disappointed that this lab is so still so quarantined that I can't even get a date my labs will be done. My first labs where not done correctly so I had to drive an hour to get to the lab itself. Then I had to make an account just to get an appointment. Not I don't even know when my labs will be done. What a crock of s---!!!!!

Two of us arrived at Quest, without appointments, and were out the door in about 20 minutes. The staff member was professional and efficient at working us in. They do recommend appointments, since they don't want too many people in the waiting room at one time, during the pandemic.

I had an appointment and waited over 1/2 hour and no one helped me.. then I show up first person at opening to tell the lady and she said u can go make another appt for today which was over 1 1/2 later... this place is impossible to get timely service

Go somewhere else if you can. Preferrably Concentra downtown.The short brunette is snotty and has never been in charge of anything in her life, and now she lets you know who's boss. I treated her the same way she treated me. Remember one thing when you go there. You or your company is paying them. They're not paying you. Don't get blinsided by their fake times either. The times posted on their site is for everything but drug screens. They only do drug screens from 7-11 and 1-3. I showed up at 11:20 on 05/30/2019 and was told to come back between 1:00 and 3:00. The one that was there at that time showed me a microscopic sign that had the times written on it. They're to lazy and worthless to put one outside that states that. Write a review about them so maybe they'll get rid of her or both of them.
