worst possible service you could ever get took an Xbox in they could not tell me if it was a master border or a USB. When I asked what the part number was they told me I could look it up myself. I dropped the Xbox off asking for the USB port to be fixed and got told that they didn't know if it was a USB or the master board but yet they don't have a part for either one and they can't fix it and to leave the store.

I have been doing business with them since 2010. They are always prompt and very knowledable. They keep my personal and business computers up and running. Have had to use their express service and they were fast. Thank you for all you do for Savannah Marine, Inc.

I mean, not a good or bad review, hence the 3 stars. Called to get help with two things, one of which was kind of a long shot. Had asked if they could help package and ship some computer components for me, which they gave me advice over the phone about getting electrostatic bags which was great, but understandably they couldn’t help me with. But called in today asking if they could help repair a computer microphone, just a blue yeti mic. The USB on it is bad, the website advertises that they do usb repairs on phones and peripherals, which it shouldn’t be much different I would think, besides that you need to remove the knobs to take off the housing, instead of separating a phone. But the repair afterwards should be relatively the same.Trying to find ways to help out a small business besides the scenario in which I just have a computer part blow out that needs replacement. But finding it hard to use this one for stuff besides if I need an actual component of a computer replaced.Great customer service on the phones though. Nice as can be.

Thought they were just another store until I actually dealt with this place just once and I'm honestly a bit impressed. Through all of the holiday frustration surrounding the business from customers, and this establishment dealing with a little bit of my frustration as well, they still went the extra step for me. My motherboard quit working, they diagnosed the issue and called me within two hours of dropping of my PC, and ordered a new motherboard for me. The motherboard didn't show up within the estimated time given so they ordered another from a different supplier just to try and get it here sooner. That's the behind the scenes customer service that makes me lean towards small businesses.

CJ answered the phone in a timely manner knstead of expecting a message. Great start! He was very forthcoming and helpful on the phone. Being an advanced user and amatuer builder, I was immediately convinced I could trust these guys since I lacked the hardware to do the diagnosis that was needed. At the store, Chris opened a new box just to test my CPU and confirmed my theory that it was either the Motherboard or CPU. The CPU worked, they returned the PC as before, and only charged me $25 for diagnosis. Now I know what part I need and how to fix it. If I don't end up doing it myself, I'll know who to trust for the job.

Walked in the store to find no one. Rang the bell and walked around for 30 min. Rang the bell again, waited 10 more min and finally left. Never saw a single employee.

The only place in town that had an old fashion PCI express Ethernet network card on the shelf. I plan on buying my next computer here. Low key. Personalized customer service. This will be my first stop for computer stuff from now on.

Went in to buy a laptop and got barked at for turning one on. Put a sign up. I'll spend money where people have a personality. On a brighter note I bought 2 computers there that work great, just wont buy a 3rd.
