“I just had a pleasant experience this morning. Because of the snow I figured my local postal deliver was not going to pickup my letters that had to go out today. So I went to the office here on Frederick. I was surprised to see the window open & Alan standing there waiting on customers. He was able to assist me with my letters & I got more stamps. "They" keep talking about closing this station down but it is still open & active. Even on a snowy Saturday!”
“I visit the downtown post office here in St. Joseph Mo once a month. Never ever have I experienced anything but excellent service. I don't review often but after reading so many negative reviews, I had to chime in. I'm not from St Joseph but from Kansas City. I've lived here for 24 yrs. You have no idea how personal your service is compared to a large city.”

“I do not have a good opinion of the USPS as a whole....but the individual locations are fine. Good service and clean places. Most offer everything you need. Boxes, packaging, tape, stamps, greeting cards etc.”
