Everyone is very friendly and helpful! The bathrooms and equipment are super clean. I love how everyone always has great energy!

It depends on what Planet Fitness. The ones in Tulsa, OK, and Billings,MT are great. The one here in Florence, SC on David McLeod is great on the machines and weights, but the shower area is horrible.
