Chuck and his crew were courteous and easy to do business with. I worked with them over email ordering an ARE cap before conducting a family move. They fit my install into their already booked up schedule. Highly recommend them!

Great place for not only truck parts but they also have a huge assortment of bbq grills and smokers. As well as all the rubs and woods, I havent seen available other than online. Great staff to boot!

I will never go back.I bought a set of seat covers from them. The seat covers I was trying to order were precision fit seat covers supposed to be made exactly for my seats in my truck. When the covers came in and they were installed they looked like a regular one size fits all seat cover. Very loose and baggy and not fit to the seats in my truck. I went back to them to ask for them to exchange my seat covers since they did not fit my seats correctly. They told me they could not exchange the seat covers because they threw the box away and wouldn't be able to return them. I was working directly with an employee in the store up to this point, who was genuinely trying to help. He then told me he couldn't do anything else and I would have to talk to the owner. The owner, in my opinion, did not treat me fair as one of his customers at his store. Making comments like "If I take these seat covers back, I will be stuck with them". And "I don't want to have to eat the price on these because I won't be able to sell them". I tried to reason with him telling him that it wasn't fair for me to have pay $200 for something that I didn't order. To which he started going into some talk about how the sale he made never broke any code. Still not exactly sure what that meant? Moral of this story is that I will never be going back to pickup palace ever again. I was not treated fairly as a consumer in their store. They did not try to help me get the product that I wanted as someone that was there to support THEIR business. The owner put his business and his money FIRST before one of his own customers. So I am down $200 and do not have seat covers for my truck. The experience I had today turned me away for life.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Plentiful in-stock inventory, but if they don't have what you're looking for, they're more than happy to get it for you. We've lost so much to the big box franchise type stores, this place reminds you how great smaller local stores are; with their friendliness, attention, and a genuine desire to serve their customers.
