“Always helpful and friendly staff that stay professional and courteous...even when customers are being rude to them and won't follow procedures needed by store policy to show membership to enter the store. Or try to exchange or return items without receipt that is 7 months past 90 days return or exchange.
Always honor the price of items if the sales price has expired...if its tag hasn't been removed from merchandise. Appreciate that about Sam's Club.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the meat department, i.e.: Jimmy would always inform and educate me about different cuts of meats or recent markdowns...as well as help locate items out of stock on shelved or refrigerated coolers or relocated to different area of store.”

The Pharmacist went out of his way to resolve an issue with my insurance company, none of the other pharmacies took the time like this one did. I'm kicking myself for not transferring, sooner!”

“The pharmacy techs went out of their way to ensure my Rx transfer went through both insurance and my discount card. It went from $752 to $5. While waiting a stranger approached asking for money which I ignored. When I checked out he approached again then stood back. I asked if he really needed money for a script and the tech said she was unsure but asked if I wanted someone to walk me to my car. The folks were super nice and made sure I got to my car not just the parking lot. Later I received a call from that tech checking on me to make I got home ok. Amazing!!! Thank you Maddie, that’s above and beyond your role!! I’m telling everyone how great the employees are!”
