310 Illinois Ave, St JosephI am now a repeat customer!! This is a SELF SERVE service-meaning they do NOT groom your dogs for you! (per other review claimed they groomed the dog and messed it up-not the fact) They provide just about everything you need to get your dog all washed up! If you have a preference on shampoo, you can bring your own. I have never had a long wait. They do have a ramp if you have a bigger dog. I cannot think of one negative thing to say! The owners are amazing wonderful friendly people!! I truly am grateful this place exists because I do not want to take my dogs to a groomer. This place has very affordable pricing for all size dogs. I try to leave a good tip every time. Definitely recommend!!!

Twin Pines Animal Clinic

We used to take our pets to another local vet clinic, and while the treatment we received there was good and we had no issues, the environment was very chaotic and included long wait times. We are so glad we switched to Twin Pines. The attention we receive is wonderful, we are immediately shown into an exam room (even if we are early), our vet (Dr. Kristen) remembers us and our pets, and we feel the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy their Ethiopian roast, as it’s very flavorful and fragrant. The other day I asked for a pour over and the staff realized they were out up front and another went to the back to check if there was more sitting around. When another staff member came in and confirmed they were out, I was asked if I would like to pick something else off the menu, and was glad to do so. However, the other staff member not only checked in the back and confirmed they were out, they roasted a fresh serving just for me! I already had my replacement drink and was almost out the door, but the willingness to assist their customers was paramount. I’d recommend this team to anyone.

Usually we are seated right away and get our order taken and brought to the table in a reasonable time. Interesting enough atmosphere to be not disappointed by what we perceive to be a bit of a delay when staff appear to be quite busy. We understand that. My concern is the last two times we were there, very recently. One time was a rather busy Sunday. Seated and orders taken promptly but waited about 45-50 minutes for our food. Our last visit during the week there was no one to greet us at the place where the host meets us. There were two groups of people in the visible part of the restaurant ( meaning we can’t see into the bar area). We stood and waited for about 5 minutes and noticed one couple had food and the other couple didn’t. The couple without food got up and came up to us and said they were seated promptly but had been waiting about 45 minutes and no one took their order. They left and we left also. Are there staffing issues? I’m not so much complaining as concerned as we have been coming to this restaurant for quite a long time and food quality, pricing and service have previously been exemplary. Still gave service a 4 as we never had a problem wit service till our last two visits.
