And the company has been with me every step of the way to make sure my newweel chair is the way to meet my needs. They are still working with me months after delivery. Randolf medical isn't the type of company that drops your equipment off and runs the other way.this is jeremy Delaney and I am in no way frustrated. Randolph medical has gone out of their way to make sure my chair is 100 percent the best fit for me. I can't thank them enough. If I need something changed I get a call the next day scheduling an appointment to when Kenton or Jeremy can come out and fix the problem or make the adjustments.i can't thank them enough.”
