Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with them. I am a truck driver on a cargo van from New York, I came to them to repair tires from a nail puncture. They did not want to help me and closed in the middle. I found the cause myself, but they didn't want to repair it for me. Indifference to the client, maybe they have a better attitude to the locals

The staff is great. So friendly and knowledgeable. You won't pay an outrageous amount here. They do inspections, tires and repairs!

Came flying in off the Interstate with a flat...made it to Mark's after a map search and they got us in, tire patched, and on the road in under an hour. Wouldnt even accept a tip. Couldn't be more thankful for there quick service with 3 kiddos in tow.

I took my car there in the past and got it back after having them do my brakes. And when I had gotten it back it smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in my car, 7 out of the 20 lugnuts were loose, my brakes worked the same as they did when I dropped it off, I was outrageously charged for labor when they didn't do anything to fix my car, it was a muddy mess on the inside from their shoes that they didn't decide to clean or even mention, and there was grease all over on my steering wheel and gear shifter. I would 1 out of 100 recommend going here. Save your time and money. You're welcome I'm advance.

They took 5 days just to put a serpentine belt on and change alternator bolts. Didn't ask for my radiator hose to be changed or antifreeze and they took it upon themselves to do it anyway and charged me for it. Got my car back and my front license plate was hanging off, my plastic piece holding the license plate base on was gone, my fan blade cover is gone and all my screws that were holding on my plastic piece covering the radiator were gone. I won't take my car back, it's BS.

We had a flat on our family vacation. These wonderful folks stopped everything to help us. I was so greatful for them. Proves to me there are still great american people in theis country!!
