First time unloading here today. The lady at the guard shack was very nice. They started working on my load as soon as my tarps and straps were all put away. I would recommend showing up a little before your actual appointment time so you have time to untarp

I don't understand why here is appointment time if they don't care about drivers, very slow and lazy people, lazy forklift drivers and very very slow , they take your time and don't care about you. 6 hours for a delivery avoid this company, lazy, lazy, lazy

Oh this place is not very good. Delivery or picking up is just garbage. The preloaded trailers are some of the worse I have seen. Then they just throw a tarp on and say good luck. Last time I was there I had lumber completely covering my stake pockets on one side. If you can help it stay away. I only get loads here because they help me get home.

You can deliver on appointment only. You won’t be allowed to spend the night on property for early morning delivery. Check in at the guard check, where you’ll meet very unlucky lady. I’m sure she hates her job as much as she hates drivers checking in for delivery. Unload will go rather quick in appointment time. On the way out you gotta stop and see the same lady in order to pick your papers up. You won’t be allowed to spend minute on their property after you done with your load. Good luck.

One star for you because of not unloading before the app, despite being only one truck on the side and one satr for J B Hount for scheduling an app without telling us.

Drivers, before picking up the load make sure you have an appointment, if the broker do not give your appointment time, that mean it is work in order which is the last truck to be unloaded. So the worder of unloading is 1:TMC truck 2: Appointment trucks, 3:WORK IN ORDERS (came at 9 already 12 and nothing) . The cuttoff is at 1 closing for delivering at 2. Goodluck to everbody with work in order.

They got me unload in about 30 mins. The reason for one star. If you going to be late they will not unload you. Even if it was a weather or road construction. They will make you wait till tomorrow. Even if you got there before there 1 p.m. cut off time. This Lowes is focus on loading TMC trailers and don't care about the other drivers. All the Lowe's distribution center I been to when unload you if you get there before there cut off time. I sat a whole day over there. Enjoy that load because I won't bring this location not another not... naa a Load our trucks.

Definitely quick but beware if you own your own trailer. Two different forklift operators slammed my rub rail everytime they grabbed a bundle of wood.

Make your appointment time and you will be in and out.

pre tarped loaded trailers are an embarrassment to the flatbed community. why is Lowes shipping boxes of light bulbs, barbed wire fencing ( Which destroys tarps). this place is so unorganized on what ships on a Flatbed and what doesn't.

Arrived at 8:40 am. Checked in with the guard for my 9:00 am appointment. The fork lift operator showed up at 10:00 am to unload me.
