bought a 1,500.00 refrigerator from Lowe'sSaint Joseph Mo. they said they could not deliver until Wednesday which was fine. I got rid of my other fridge just before they arrived so I wouldn't be charged the 50.00 removal fee. The refrigerator arrived but was dented up on 3 of the 4 sides to where the delivery drivers were asking if I would accept this in the condition it arrived in. I refused it. had to call the customer service and be put on hold 45 minutes for them to tell me to call a different number of the warehouse in Kansas City, Mo. He was a Big Liar. he said sure we can get you one and deliver it next day, we have 9 in stock and the delivery drivers will call you by 20 am to let you know what time they will be there. Today we did not hear from them and called customer service again to find out the delivery would not be for another week and that they did not have any in stock that it had to be sent over. this is going to cost us over 1000.00 because of the loss of food from our refrigerator and eating out a week with a family of 4. Complete Nightmare Shopping at Lowe's!! They would not let us switch to get the ones available in other stores to try to rectify the loss of their mistake.

We have always had good luck with Lowe's. They were kind enough to donate A considerable amount of free product to my son for his Eagle Scout project. None of the other businesses he talk to and give him anything. We have bought a lot of materials from them over the years and we are always please. They have cut wood for us. We bought appliances from them. We did have one appliance that we had issues with. We wanted to return it. At first we were told we could not but once we got the manager involved it was no issue whatsoever. We bought carpet there once and the installers were absolutely amazing. The carpet has been fantastic. The installers were polite professional and kind. He had me inspect the entire area to make sure everything was to my standards. He said he would redo anything on the spot that I was not happy with. Him and his crew had my entire large basement and steps done in five hours! it took the installers we hired from Home Depot to put carpet in just one bedroom 4 hours and they were not nearly as polite or professional. We have also had them install a vent hood over our stove. Again we were very pleased with the installer. Lowes is our go to home improvement store!

I broke my card and they ordered me a new one. I was in here yesterday and they punched the numbers in because it wouldn't swipe and the day before. Today I have to put all the stuff back because I was informed it was in possible to do what they just did 2x in the last two days. Frustrated to say the least.

Myself as well as my father in law are service connected veterans and had a big task at hand. Kenny, who is a Loader, Pro Services Rep provided high quality service through labor and communication by personally getting everything on our list and taking it to checkout. From a large quantity of wood products, to special custome made products...Kenny delivered on higher than a 5 star review. Steve also effectively communicated the status of and recommended alternative products to get the job done. I wish Lowes in California could learn from Kenny and the store here in Saint Joe. Thank you Kenny and Steve!
