I've used them for the last 6 years. Originally I was getting my taxes done for less then a $100. Last year and this year it cost me over $200. I probably wont be going back.

Call center failed to give us the tax preparer we specifically requested by name. The preparer we ended up with, did not inspire confidence at all. She seemed confused and uncertain. When we asked for a guarantee on the work, she said it was not available. I insisted, so she called her DM - the preparer we had wanted but who was scheduled at a different office - only to be told that in fact the guarantee was available if only she clicked the right box. Utterly awful experience.
