Great service, and good prices. Nothing to complain about here! Chinese food (fresh) is among best quality in town, same for sushi. Produce is always in great condition, and store is always clean.

This pharmacy has really went downhill recently. Some rude/unprofessional staff and poor communication. This will no longer be our family’s pharmacy.

Don't expect your college students to be treated well working here. My kiddo got the okay to move to a "flex" schedule after graduating high school and going out of state to college. He called them during break to be put on the schedule and was given the runaround by both his manager and Kate the inept HR person. He had to call back three times before someone made the excuse that he was fired due to "no show/no calls" even though he'd never been put on the schedule. They are as disorganized and rude as they sound. It's a pity, because good workers like him aren't common these days. Ciao HyVee!

This grocery store is so expensive I couldn't believe it. It is huge with lots of products but I'm just not rich enough to shop here.

Always have a good experience with the staff. Very friendly and polite. Have never had an issue with getting the right meds and on time. The placement of the pharmacy drive thru is a bad spot, not enough room for people waiting and it causes traffic jams in the parking lot. The main problem i have noticed happening quite often is people dropping off prescriptions and insisting they wait at the window for them to be filled. It's rude to othwr customers to make them wait so long. It's not hard to drop off the prescription and go wait in the parking lot so that others can get thru in a timely manner. I've heard the pharmacy staff ask people to park and wait but the people are selfish and refuse to move.

They have my meds usually but the wait in the drive thru is always 30 minutes or longer for some reason, and the last time I asked to be put on automatic refills they said they did but never actually did it so I was out of my psych meds for several days while I waited.

This HyVee has it all... Starbucks Helpful and Friendly Staff Quick and fast Checkout Health food area I also found some amazing CBD bath bombs, they had a small makeup section. I was able to get everything I needed for my trip there.

Always a 20-30min wait. Nothing is every ready and there's always an excuse as to why your medication isn't ready. Never had issues with other pharmacies like I do with this one.

Jordan in Hy-Vee Aisles online (I may have spelled your name wrong) and her whole crew- y’all are amazing. I know some days are extremely busy and you guys get behind because of short staffing or excess orders, but regardless you all are nothing but kind and genuine people who all deserve a raise! I had a large online order today that was supposed to be ready for pickup 4-4:30. I work in St. Joe so I usually grab my groceries after work on my way home, 30-35 minutes from town. Today I waited an hour and a half, still waiting for my cart to be complete around 5:30. I was late picking up another order in town scheduled for 5. I called and Jordan hooked me up with Hy-Vee delivery, which they never do because I live so far out in the country, and they brought it out to my doorstep. Yes, it was late, but I could’ve been a total Karen and not taken their struggles into consideration... but instead I realized (after years of previous customer service) that being mean would not help anybody in that situation. It would make their job harder and put me in a worse mood. They were extremely accommodating and this will never stop me from shopping at St. Joe Hy-Vee. I could’ve easily asked for a refund and gone somewhere else, but Hy-Vee has always been the best place in town and I don’t want to shop anywhere else. You guys work hard for your community and I see you!!! And I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very rude lady at drive-through window was two weeks or so from when it was called in said prescription already had been picked up and I said no it has not and she said it could not be filled and paid by Insurance again for another week.. so what happened to that one because I didn’t pick it up and I didn’t sign for it so they’re just going to charge my insurance company twice for one bottle

If you’re without Prescription insurance, good RX is the way to go here. Cheaper than Walmart!
