I drove an hour to get to the store because I wanted to get something specific. I get there and nobody is there and the store is closed when it clearly says open on every single site. I called the store and got an automated message that they changed their store hours. Ok fine, but you guys still aren’t open during those hours?? So not only do you not update your hours anywhere online but now you just decide that you’re just not going to open?? What a shame, I will never come here again. Too bad because I was about to drop some major $$$ for the holidays. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Love the flowers and I can get on the website and see what's on sale? That's awesome but I really like to have my points on The Times that I don't have the money to do what I want to do and still keep myself going incoming in the door appreciate the visits appreciate the awesome products, but what's the point of the app if you don't get points.

Staff seems pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Staff also tries to gather what all the customer has in mind by asking questions and answering questions in order to determine the best product(s) to suggest/offer specific customers (not everybody is the same!) Prices range but honestly aren't too different than local competitors. Prices aren't listed on their website, though (which is understandable due to inventory and the range of customer preferences/combinations). But I could see how that would potentially drive away business from certain customers. Overall, they have great inventory and staff seem to be knowledgeable. They honestly do not seem to be the type to unnecessarily upsell just to pull in some extra money, so in my opinion, that makes them seem just a little bit more trustworthy. I hope this helps people with their decision making!

The team at House of Sound, really know their stuff!!! I had issues with the RAM Uconnect Infotainment system and wanted to find an alternative. Chad did just that and not just an alternative but a system the sounds better than the OEM system, has more features, and provides redundancy in the installed system or Apple Carplay. They use all high end product, JVC/Kenwood, Maestro, and install is clean, professional, and fast.If you are thinking of having work done, give them a call, you wont be sorry.

Love this place . competive prices. they matched a price from the internet .They got evreything ya need for car audio. And they got good advice for installation. Kinda hard to get in there for appointment s and parking lot sucks.

Chad is the best!!! He has put in remote starts in 5 of my vehicles over the years. The one in my truck is at least 10 years old no problems. If you like your music loud he's the man to see! My Kicker amp and sub sounds great!!
