Food is not a privilege. Food is a necessary component to human survival. What I witnessed in these womens behavior shaming a mom holding 3 wk old in carseat with elder child in hand, For having provided her Own food, was Not Grace. It was embarrassing. Please act according to Jesus' teaching and wash her feet next time you find yourself incapable of Grace when overwhelmed helping the community you claim to joyously serve.

Took in two bags of toys. Before even looking in the bags the owner told me that the majority of them would be thrown away. Reluctant to take anything else. YWCA took everything. Even the toys I went back and got so that they weren't thrown away. Very rude throughout the entire experience.

My daughter is 22 weeks pregnant she has an 8 year old daughter, and my wife and I took them to grace house. It started to rain, and we were told to come in. While in the lady that was running it, was rude told my daughter she didn't know what size clothes her daughter wears. Got on to my wife and I for being there. I will never go back there again.

This is such a wonderful ministry to people in need in our St. Joseph, Missouri community. Please consider supporting her as you are able. Also share her information with those in need. She gives everything for only a smile. ?

One of my favorite places to donate! You can literally watch your donations immediately go directly to the kids & families that need it. A great location allows easy access for the ones in need & also means these people are in touch with their community giving them a great perspective on what the communities needs are. They only give gently used items & very often give brand new items. Every town needs a grace house!
