Called to get a letter notarized and told the person I’d be in before they closed and the person who answered the phone didn’t tell me they stopped doing notary at 3pm, when I went in they told me they couldn’t help me that they wouldn’t have time because they closed in an hour. This was very poor customer service and I feel like they wasted my time I had left work early to have this taken care of and they acted like they didn’t care nor have time for me. Would give no stars if it was an option.

Just found this little gem last year. I had to do an Amazon return. Who would have thought you cannot return at the company that delivered??
So, I located this little place. Staff are hilarious. Always ready to assist, even when you have NO CLUE, as to what you are doing. They have it down to a "T!"
Used them ever since. Unless it fits in a blue postal box.

Iv shipped over 20 packages here on 20 different occasions, usually in early morning and I have used code for all the carriers out there ups fedex usps and every time has been nice and successful. Well today I make the attempt as any other occasion only its late afternoon and the Mr that assisted me today just lied to face and basically tried to make me seem foolish for asking to ship 1 package with ups as iv done dozens of other times in the very same situation as today just different staff member.He points at my phone and says "Well this isn't a ups store see it says right here take to ups store' as hes juggaling my phone followed by well i can sell you a box for 6$ snd some change way overpriced. Im sure you can scam me for a plain box , Cmon man you could have shipped my package but because you being a big baby having a bad day you decided to try and bring down others , Obviously goin postal does assist and practice buisness with ups beings Right in front of the front entrance there a UPS driver loading packages in a UPS truck next to UPS sign and iv done this dozens of times , you need to get with your co employees and take lessons in customer service they have given nothing less than 5 stars from day one and then I unfortunately was served by this guy , put this down as another unsatisfied customer you lost smh

My experience today was awesome. Super nice people. Helpful. Patient. Made everything easy for me. And ALL THE NEAT STUFF is awesome. Cards, coffee mugs, books for kids, Bibles. As well as mailing materials. I've never been here before...but I will be returning.

I have always used goin postal. Always received excellent service and staff are always courteous and friendly. However, I purchased a box that had the measurements clearly written on the box and when they performed their measurements, they increased the dimensions length by 5” and the width by 6” and height by 1”. The item sent was weighted prior to packaging and it was only .5 lbs and they weight it 3.5lbs more. Honesty is always the best policy and I will no longer do business with them again.

Brilliant! Incredibly helpful and efficient, even though we had a pretty complicated shipping conundrum they had to solve for us. They took it all in stride, helped us package up some under-packaged items we brought in, and got us out in record time.
