Paid $79 for 2 day delivery, it took 2 weeks. Box & receipt said white vanity. Plumbers installed (while we were gone) wrong color vanity. We called store, corporate, managers, etc. was told “It was on us” Customer service is down the drain!!!!!!’ Very unhappy & we don’t think Home Depot cares!!!!!

Really helpful folks here! They didn’t have the native plant I wanted but took me around and showed me several different options that would thrive in a dry and very sunny location. I went with their suggestions and the fountain grass looks amazing and is thriving!

Poor delivery/install practices. No backup when delivery contractor's truck broke down. Received notice on morning of established delivery date that it wasn't happening. Promised delivery on Monday 9/6 (holiday), didn't happen. Ten days to get an item that was on the floor, not ordered. Two store employees and a manager delivered item in employee's pickup truck. Set-up consisted of taking doors off and putting them back on, nothing more. No adjustments, no water line checks, no icemaker checks, nothing. Twice, icemaker has continued to run water causing kitchen flood. Second time, lost items in freezer due to water damage. Store will be notified in a.m. of these two incidents and of, basically, poor delivery/install practices that resulted in this issue.

I went with my sister to look for carpet. The guy in that department was playing on his phone and didn't even look up. That tells us what we need to know.

Just left Home Depot in Saint Joe. went there to return a roll of wiring I purchased last weekend. Wiring was un opened and I had the receipt. Returns girl "Emily" said mice try and started cutting the plastic off the roll with a razor knife. I asked her why she was opening it and she replied "Because you used part of it and I can see where you resealed it. I informed her it was EXACTLY as I had purchased it and she argued that it had been revealed. I went and got about 10 more rolls from the shelf and brought them up to the counter and said "find me a roll that looks different than the one I just handed you! She couldn't because they were all exactly the same.She wouldn't apologize for insinuating I was a their. I did get my money back and I will never darken the doorstep of another HD.

Just received curbside pickup. The item they gave me was obviously a return. It was duct taped shut and missing a piece. Additionally the previous owner cut the hose so I cannot use it. This is appalling they would try to unload this defective product using their curbside pickup. Now I have to drive back into town, enter the store which I was trying to avoid, and get a replacement. No refund offered. I will no longer be shopping here.

Just lost our business. Ordered a stove online for my son to deliver at the St. Joseph store. Figured out on Saturday 8/1/2020 that I did something wrong. Went back online to reorder, sale was off. St. Joe store said they would check the dot com and call me back. Never did. I called 8/2 to follow up. They told me to call dot com myself. Nice woman helped. Told me to ask for Latrice when I get to the store and they would give me the sale price. Sent daughter in law out to pay for it. And the assistant manager was a bit rude and not Latrice. Assuming dot com called the wrong store. She wouldn’t listen to what happened. Called dot com back. Long story short, she refused to honor the sale price. Wish Latrice worked at the St. Joseph, MO store. That store works with their customers. I will not longer use Home Depot.
