They didn't wipe down the front or back of my vehicle as they usually do. So it didn't clean as well.

I have always liked Fritz car wash. However I am very disappointed today. Neither the front or the back of my vehicle was wiped down as they generally do. No one was right behind me, so it wasn't due to them being busy. I'm not sure if I will go there again in case it was just an isolated incident or just go elsewhere from now on.

Think I'm going to go here all the time, it was nice and pleasant, didnt feel to much, and it's nice to have options on the car wash and self car wash.The guys in the wash were awesome and I'll definitely be back soon

Very disappointed. Car is still dirty. Paid extra $2 for tire shine and tires are still dull. Last $12 they will get from me.

Paid $16 for my truck to be washed and not only was it still dirty when I exited the wash, the machine busted my fender flare and company will accept no fault and I’m stuck with repair bill!!
