They have had my packages for days and they keep Saying it's in transit every morning and 2 more packages that they have just left Setting for days without Any updates at all When all these deliveries were supposed to be delivered 4 or 5 days ago and on top of that. They're leaving my deliveries right beside my mailbox So people can just steal them Within a second And on 2 of the deliveries the barcodes had to be changed because they got destroyed in shipping So most likely when I do finally get my deliveries. They're gonna be destroyed. This has been by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with FedEx. They need to investigate what's going on in this building in saint Joe Because this is all shipments within a week With this many problems Is insane And I have seen several other reviews with the same problems. So I'm not the only one that's going through this... THATS FEDEX FOR YOU Which they need to change it to fedup Instead of fedex More appropriate name For a company that clearly don't care

UPS asks how the delivery went. FedEx doesn't and it feels as if there is a reason for that. Any FedEx delivery we receive out of Lenexa is delivered to our front door, which is listed as the appropriate delivery location in our account on the FedEx website. Any delivery out of St. Joseph is left on our mailbox post - in the country - middle of nowhere - out of sight of our house - as if on a platter for someone to steal. We even installed a turnaround so deliver drivers can easily access our house for deliveries. Lenexa - great job. St. Joseph - drop off where stated instead of leaving packages on display for theft.

My door tag was placed on a neighbors door and I spent the day talking with Customer support to no avail. When I went to the ship center, the woman a the help desk was very nice, understanding and accommodated everything I needed. She tracked down the package and even waited after hours to deliver it to me. I am very thankful to both her and the driver.

I had a missing package ( ended up being from USPS but FedEx Employees are the ones who figured out who had delivered it to the wrong place for me! They were Very Helpful
