Each year we go on large family vacations and on those excursions we rent a vehicle to save wear on our own and have the piece of mind that if something goes wrong it can taken care of without ruining the vacation. The Last three out of four years we have rented a mini van (last year we rented a Tahoe, which was great). The minivans have always had issues, listed as follows: worn out front tires, a tire that had a leak in it that caused us to stop frequently to reinflate, third row passenger seat belt that was not functional (locked in the retracted position), front passenger window that did not function or seal.I will not be renting minivans from Enterprise again, if the Tahoe is not available or the price point is out of the range of sanity (as it was this year) we will not be renting a vehicle from this company as they are obviously unable to maintain them.

Poor service. Returned from my trip only to find my catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle parked in the Enterprise parking lot. While I understand Enterprise is not responsible for customer vehicles, the employees and manager refused to offer any assistance. I asked if they can pull the recording from their cameras but they refused, stating they don't have a camera in the angle of my vehicle. A complete lie as I can clearly see a camera pointed in that direction. Instead of offering to help they were trying to distance themselves from the issue. What happened to that service when earlier you guys were trying to sell me on all the upgrades and waiver protections? Fake customer service. Be warned of parking your vehicle in their parking lot because they won't do anything to help you.

Worst customer service, I spoke to them 3 times on the phone prior to having them pick me up for a rental car. Never once did they tell me that I was on a do not rent list. My car was already at the shop and I was at their facility with no back up options when they made that information known to me. So I asked for clarification as to why, they stated there was a balance from 2015 which they have no bill or itemized statement. Apparently they do not keep records after a certain time frame...(how do they justify putting me on a do not rent list then?) They just stated that I owe a balance, the only other time I have got a car from them the other parties insurance was to pay for it. I have never been made aware of this situation until today when I needed a car. So with no other choice I had to pay the balance which I was given the run around with by having to call a # then being told the manager could accept payment, then the manager telling me no he could not and to pay online. Such a hassle and very unprofessional. They then give me a car that has scratches all over it and wreaks of pot, and told that was all they have and it will be noted that I am not the cause. Will NEVER recommend or use in the future.

I was hit while driving my car and I needed my car to be in the shop for a couple of days. They wanted me to drive 45 minutes to get the car, even though the auto body shop is right around the corner from my house. Then on the day of them bringing the car they tried to argue and tell us they couldn't make the appointment so we had to reschedule with the auto body shop. And then on the day of us picking up the car from the auto body shop they wanted us to drive the 45 minutes to drop the rental car off, which makes no sense when the place is right around the corner. The people who answered the phone were rude and I had to repeat myself after everything I said because they weren't listening.

Will never use the St. Joseph Mo. Location again.I was a few hours late returning the car , I called them in advance and explained why I was running behind. When I checked the car in I was then informed that I would be paying for an entire additional day, because I was late.

Didn't have the vehicle I requested and didn't disclose in the agreement that the backup camera was faulty. The replacement part for The Back-up Camera was in the glovebox so they knew about the defect. I had a minor accident to the rear bumper which they charged $1,600. They tried to say it was my fault there was damages to the backup camera. I would advise people not to use this company.
