Genea is rude this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed it. She is obsessed with the baskets, not only that but pushing politics on customers. Anyone in their right mind knows better. She does not deserve to work here. She’ll be really upset when 9 of us show up with baskets full and we set them on her belt. I used to enjoy coming to this store until I seen how she is with the customers.

The lady at register 1 today (white shirt I think, dark skinned, hair put into a bun) at about 1:50 pm was an absolute angel. Super sweet and best customer service I’d ever seen. She had a positive attitude and was super sincere. I wish I got her name to add to this review but I didn’t think about it. She made my husband even grin which he rarely does in public as he’s shy. If I had cash, I honestly would have tipped her. Store was clean and well stocked as well.

With four Dollar Tree in town, this one is ok. It seems to have more food and a selection of items.

If I could rate this a zero star I would. I am usually not the type to make reviews but Genea was very rude and disrespectful. To start off this horrible un enjoyable experience I had I was holding more items than I anticipated on buying I tell her I am going to grab a basket she said "go grab one then"as I walk towards the door to grab it I told her "I grabbed more than I thought" and she says " you are just trying to show off that you have money" I proceeded to walk to grab more stuff and she follows me around saying I can go ahead and check you out as if she had nothing better to do other than make the costumer feel rushed and uncomfortable. I said "I'm still looking." After I finished my shopping I walked towards the register put my basket on the conveyer belt she says in a stern voice " look here it's 2024 I'm going to teach everyone to take out the stuff before you put it up here, you need to take it out right now. It is not my job to do that" with an angry expression on her face as if she was trying to boss me around. I said "wow no need to be demanding". She said I'm not being demanding and laughed it off. She proceeded to hand me my cash and said "bye diva" in a petty mocking way. I walked out the door and said I'm never coming back until they get rid of her. Yes we called corporate and the store but this is not a way to talk to customers. Not to mention she calls ever guy handsome and called my bf that and talks too much like do your job. I know when I was a cashier I'd never treat my customers like that very unprofessional.

Avoid this location if you can, they don’t keep their posted store hours. The lazy see you next tuesdays inside like to lock up and leave early for no reason.

Very Nice. Great Customer Service. I really like that you can get Cards for Apple, Sony, Microsoft, and many more. Instead of waiting in a long line at other stores. Get your Cards and a snack and get home to game. Lol
